While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Contacted twice regarding inaccurate information on bedrooms and hence valuation but no response
I have contacted this company twice (via their 'contact us' form) regarding the excesive number of bedrooms, but have had no response. We have lived here nearly 20 years, and the propert never had 6 bedrooms. Homipi has no right to publicly display misleading information about our house, which could be to our detriment when we sell.

Contacted twice regarding inaccurate valuation but no response

I have contacted this company twice (via their 'contact us' form) regarding a valuation that is way under what it should be, but have had no response. Once last year (2022), and again last week. The company has no information about our house on which to justify its inaccurate valuation. We have lived here nearly 38 years, so no 'sold' prices are available and it is not on the Land Registry. Therefore the "Estimate confidence" should be LOW, not MODERATE. Homipi has no right to publicly display misleading information about our house, which could be to our detriment when we sell.

I have requested that Homipi removes details about our property from its database, and instead states 'no information available.'
UPDATE 28 May 2023. Homipi has now removed its price valuation as requested.
