(Almost) new stuff with a discount price
Ordered refurbished electronics 3x now on homezesting and were always happy regarding the product and the shipping.
Products were here fast and looked like new products. There might be missing cables or the original packaging but the main product seemed brand-new every time.
Heard negative things too but didn't experience myself. That's why it's 5*

Bought a Xiaomi TrueClean W10
Bought a Xiaomi TrueClean W10. Package did not reach me, customer service was quite dodgy, told me they would sort it out after long forth and back. Filled the necessary law declaration in lieu of an oath to make a claim with the delivery service… and then nothing. Case with PayPal got dismissed because said delivery firm marked it delivered, since then no one at homezesting answers any emails. Very poor service.

I have to admit, everything went very smooth
I have to admit, I thought it's a fake store store since I have never heard from them and they sell pretty much everything at a very low cost. Often way lower than the cheapest local online store I was able to find.
It took 2 working days for the product to be shipped and after 5 working days, it was standing in front of my door. I also received a tracking code to follow up with the shipment. So everything went very smooth.
