The leather bar stools with metal frames are of pretty good quality and feel sturdy. The only downside is the delivery time—since they ship from a warehouse in China, it takes quite a while to arrive. I placed an order on 12/11/25 and received it today on 1/5/26. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase once they finally arrived.

I ordered from Homeyfad November 29th with a delivery advise of late December. The order wasn’t fulfilled until end of December which means wasn’t shipped from their warehouse in Yantian. It won’t arrive into LA/LB until 13th January and then needs to move across the country. I wouldn’t have ordered if I had known. Definitely won’t use them again. Let’s see the quality when it arrives…

I placed a $3,000 order with this company and weeks later I have received absolutely nothing. Shipping timelines are completely fabricated, and the so called expedited option is meaningless. My order sat for over two weeks before even moving, and every update I received turned out to be false.
Customer service is beyond awful. Emails are met with excuses, contradictions, or outright lies. They will say whatever they think will delay you a little longer. One message says the order is processing, another claims it shipped, then suddenly it is backordered again. There is no accountability and no transparency.
At this point, I genuinely believe this company is operating dishonestly. Once they have your money, you are on your own. I am now days away from filing a chargeback because that is the only way to protect myself.
I am leaving this review as a warning. If you are considering ordering from this site, do not. You will waste weeks of your time, thousands of dollars, and be left chasing excuses. Worst online purchase experience I have ever had.

***Update February 25th
Homeyfad promised me a partial refund of $30. They are now ignoring my emails and have not issued the partial refund. I would like my refund.
I placed an order on Christmas Eve and received an order confirmation but nothing else. I reached out to the customer service email today and am waiting to hear back. After reading these horrible review I am almost certain the stools I ordered won’t actually be leather as promised. Or that something else will be wrong with them. I will update this review when I get a response.

My $3,000 order supposedly shipped. It took them over 15 days just to process the shipment, and now it says it will not even arrive at the port for another 15 days. This is their so called “expedited” shipping. What a joke.
Why would anyone pay premium prices for items you can literally find on Alibaba for half the cost with the same shipping timeline? This website is a scam. Customer service is terrible and all they do is lie and stall.
If my chairs are not here by 1/15, I am filing a chargeback with my credit card company. I also had another cart with over $10,000 worth of items ready to purchase. That is obviously not happening anymore.
If you are considering ordering because you see a nice piece of furniture, save yourself the headache. Find it on Alibaba or Temu. It will be the same or faster shipping and guaranteed to be cheaper.

They put the charge through on my card before I even placed the order. I was still on the shipping tab when the charge went to my account. When I saw how long it was going to take to get the chair, I decided not to purchase it. But they had already charged me for it. I had to call the bank and tell them it was fraud and now I have to get a new card and update all my auto pay bills that are linked to that card. Big fat headache. Poor business practice.

Order product named "Atrovirens" on 10/26/25. Received product 12/13/25. Bad logistics. Product was scratched. No instructions. The product I got was not the same as the picture. It appeared as the bottom of the chair was adult size and matched with a kid sized top portion of the chair. The product I reveived is not the same as the picture. Literally, the chair I received has noticeably different parts than the image of the chair I bought. The material I got looked like cheap vinyl and was flat when it should have had some plush. I would return the product but I don't even want to deal with this company anymore. I will cut my losses. Hopefully, you don't make the same mistake. Definitely not worth the wait, money or frustration.
Since writing my initial review, Homeyfad has reached out to me. The company and I have come to a mutually acceptable arrangement. The company representatives were professional.

I just got scammed by this website for $5500 dollars. I put in an order on line for 3 barstools paid with amex and never got a confirmation. I called and left a message. Someone called and said the order was incomplete so they wanted to redo it in the phone with me on my debit card via Apple Pay. They kept claiming I was doing it wrong so the card got charged 4 times and when I found out they said they will credit me. I never got reimbursement, Apple Pay told me I was scammed and obvious never got the stools . I don’t believe any of the reviews and responses. The email they used was Homeyfad@ yahoo.com. The phone numbers listed don’t work and the guys who called me are all calling from different numbers. I am reporting them everywhere.

I emailed this company twice with my latest email on Dec 5th They are just trying to make it seem like I didn’t. Check your emails. You have my money when the order was placed on Nov 14. order #HF4873. I will be filing a claim with PP and my credit card company soon.

I would really rate my experience as incomplete. The light we received is gorgeous and just what we wanted but it came with three of the globes for the light that were totally busted. We are still awaiting the promised replacement of the globes so our experience is awaiting arrival and so far we have not been able to get a response for a tracking number for the promised replacement globe.

Absolutely horrible. I put an order in over a week ago and never heard a word. I’ve contacted them on every platform possible, I finally received a response saying they need to check over the products. Their website said everything was in stock. Now I just want a refund for the nearly $700 worth of stools that haven’t been shipped. I don’t know what kinda chop shop this is but no thank you. I want my money back so I can buy something to sit on. Homeyfad is 5 thumbs down!

Easy ordering and good selections of what I was looking for. Great customer service that was promptly in touch with me to confirm order and adjust and correct an incorrect discount code that I applied. So far, very satisfied. Looking forward to receiving the lighting items that I ordered soon. Items seemed of nice quality and style and the lighting seemed of better quality than other company offerings.
Update 12-23-25 - Finally received my order, shipping took a month, but well packed and received. Lighting well packed and in good shape and seems as represented. Wish simple instructions were included, at least for the chandelier, as there are several small parts that are unusual and not evident as to their usage. Still, overall satisfied.

Homeyfad is a great company with a lot of integrity. I ordered some barstools from them and when they arrived it turned out they were the wrong height than advertised. Homeyfad reordered the barstools in the proper height and although it took a while for them to arrive from China, they did arrive and Homeyfad kept in constant contact with me. They were always courteous and professional. The barstools are great. But I can’t say enough about the company. It’s top notch.
