The post office , where terrible, and for some reason in Milton Keyes I sat there not moving , as its was an order for friends / family for Christmas I. I messaged mark ( I think the owner ) and he looked Into it , within. A couple days re remade the order and sent via dpd , last week the original turned up in a bad with a message safe sorry for the state it arrived in , three of the bottles broken and had leered onto the other boxes , sent bark a pic as evidence, next day dpd delivered the replacement , that was box fresh , mark said to keep all the soiled bit usable oil bits and hand wrote a lovey message. I have beeen buying this product and will carry on doing so

This is the first time I have used homewick due to wanting some dog friendly, safe candles and I found home wick. The website was really easy to use and I could pick what scents and colours I wanted the wax to be.

The candles came promptly and were presented really well with great packaging. It felt luxury and showed hard work and passion has gone into these products. I have my own business and wanted to support small businesses. Not only did I receive these gorgeous candles, they made me a candle for my business complimentary that I didn’t even mentioned I owned. Regret choosing the wooden wick as it's impossible to stay alight.

Bought this as a treat from Suck UK at the OXO Tower, and now I'm feeling like it was a massive waste of £25 as it's been so hard to keep it alight. I've tried all the wooden wick tricks but it's already a mess and I haven't been able to let it burn all the way to the edges so it will just tunnel.

David responded to my review and sent me out a new candle with a cotton wick. Within 2 weeks of my first review, I was able to do the first burn of the cotton wick candle with no problem, and am looking forward to enjoying the rest of the candle!

Great seller and excellent communication skills definitely would recommend them and hopefully buy again from them.

I have ordered room spray and candles from this brand twice now. The quality is far superior to other global brands like Jo Malone and Le Labo. The beautiful incense and the wax and wick are clean and long-lasting. I can't recommend these products enough for personal use and as gifts! Thank you, guys! You are amazing!

Love love love these candles and diffusers. They are wonderful to have at home especially when having guests over. We always get comments on how nice each room smells. Particularly love to use diffusers in the bathrooms as it's a smaller space and easier to use in the space. Thanks so much!

This is my second time ordering, first time was great customer service and candles. Second order 3 candles, none of them burn evenly, contacted Mark, he was helpful at first, but I still had an issue, I replied to ask him once again that they had issues, he did not respond (I only waited 2 days for a response) so I replied again requesting a refund. He responded with annoyance saying he was travelling and that I got a good price for them! Which really wasn’t the response I was respecting. He refunded them. £48… which I am not sure anyone would be happy to pay for candles which are not burning evenly. I replied and thanked him for the response but woukd have preferred a resolution over a refund. He never replied! Very disappointing. I had told my friend to order from him, but have now told her to look elsewhere
I would not buy from him again.

I’ve always had a great service from Homewick and the products are fantastic.
