Delivery took quite a bit longer than advertised, but it's a good quality product and seems like it will last a good long time.

The product looks good as on pictures. One star down the visibility from angle is little bit lower. The communication from seller was not good, basically none. The tracking of my order wasn't working all the time and suddenly the package arrived.

Nice little sign to be fair easy to put up

I’d love to review & rate the products I purchased on 25th September 2022 but I haven’t received them. I’ve not received any communication since the day I ordered either. As such my experience is really poor so far, hoping my experience will change

Terrible experience - items never arrived. Ordered on 14 August - provided tracking information on 30 August - tracking never updated - with the courier app stating that the status of the item cannot be dertermined after a week of the items supposedly been shipped out. Refund claimed via PayPal.

Can't rate the product as it hasn't even turned up. Numerous attempts to contact them but not one single response. Happy to take the cash but they will not respond to any contact. Have requested a full refund, will wait to see if I get it. Feel like it is a scam website!

Beautiful item received but all peeled off 3 months later. Would've expected more given the price. Will not be returning to purchase again.

Disgusting customer service, made an order and was charged , emailed to say I had not received anything to be told there’s no order, then when I showed them proof of purchase said they would get one sent straight out, this was over a month ago, I’ve since emailed 3 times and still no reply or item sent?!

I ordered the illuminated sign from The Home Sign Co, which I have to say I am extremely pleased with. The product not only acts as a number sign but also gives off a really bright light which is acts as a great security feature. The product also comes with 5 meters of wire so each to install and plug in. My advice to anyone buying this particular sign would be be to be patient with the order time as I understand they have been having difficulties shipping in the parts that are required. However they have always responded to my emails when I have contacted asking for updates.

Ordered after seeing an ad on social media. Love the simplicity of the sign, but with that modern edge. Product came within the specified time, well packaged. I did give the brick a little clean and a brush down before sticking. It's been up a week so far in all weather and it's still firmly in place. I went for the smaller size, having a terrace house and it's perfect. Overall, very pleased. Thank you 😊

I left a bad review last week as communication was bad and I had no idea when our order was going to arrive.
It arrived the next day thankfully, any longer I was going to ask for a refund but hey.. It arrived and it’s fair to say it looks fantastic, looks even better in real life than the proof.
They need to sort out how they keep their customers in the loop and respond a lot quicker.

Becoming very frustrated with lack of (i.e. non-existent) updates and inability to respond to emails, despite being the only possible avenue to contact them.

Ordered a while ago now and hearing nothing. Really stinks of a company unable to meet orders due to financing issues. I hope not, because the product itself looked great.
