Thought twice, did once, and did it right.
The workers were very professional and careful. We had a big light to hang on an old ceiling, and they came up with a great solution. Thought twice, did once, and did it right. We will use HomeSetup again.

I got my 'order' cancelled twice, but everything worked out
I got my 'order' cancelled twice, one of them 5 minutes before the service was supposed to start, that was really annoying.
However, we rescheduled and they came one week later and they were extremely professional, fast and friendly.

Never to late....
Hi HomeSetup,
We got a call from customer service that their fitters were late. It is of course a bit annoying but we know from experience that when you are delayed early in the day, it overturns the rest of the tasks. 2 cute fitters showed up and we got our lamp set up.
The two fitters where of course tired but the service and mod was in top.

Lamp & TV (with wall mount)
They came to set up my lamp in the living room above the dinner table as well as to set up my TV on the wall. They were fast but very precise in their work. The TV-installation came with a wall mount as per my request and both the wall mount and the installation are 100% as I wanted. The lamp is precisely where I wanted and nicely set up.

Left everything on hands of their crew - it was amazing.
I quoted my project online, via e-mail, as I did had several tasks to manage at the apartment; I saw their website very user friendly and straightforward.
From email quoting to delivery the experience was super smooth. The crew arrived and I advised what I wanted to get done, show pictures and they also gave me advised given their expertise. I continued with my daily meetings and the crew got everything done professionally, leaving my apartment looking amazing.
