Very clear and easy to follow directions from the beginning to the end.

The test kept timing out on my child while she was reading stories. Once she would finish and go to answer the questions it would time out. We would then have to call in to get her name added back into the system and start all over again with a new story. She couldn’t even pick up where we left off. It took 45 minutes just to complete one story and answer the questions. This was very frustrating for both of us. Would be ok if she could have picked up where she left off. She has great reading comprehension and vocabulary but is a slow reader due to dyslexia. This was very of putting and discouraging for a young reader who is eager to learn. Her results came back above average but she finished the test feeling like she was a poor reader and extremely doubtful of her ability. It’s difficult to see your child disheartened due to a systemic issue.
