We ordered some items in February and have never received it and the items seem to have been missing at arrival, according to the tracing site. Several mails have been sent to the customer service and our questions are not answered. This must be a scam company

I have order from 4 January. I sent email to them they answered same robots. They are cheating peaple.

This company is a scam. I made an order in september, still haven't received it. They don't answer the mails. They will take your money and not send you anything. Don't buy from them if you don't want to get screwed.

1 star is too much. The Smart Robot as they call it is not smart just a small piece of junk with batteries. IT IS NOT THE SAME ROBOT THEY ADVERTISED on Facebook Took 5 weeks arriving and doesn't work properly. Paid 400kr and this product they actually sent is cheaper to buy here in Sweden. Do not buy anything from them! Contacted them by mail to complain and they do not answer!

I bought a santa clous mask and I can asure you that the one who was in the commersial video was not the same kind i got in my mailbox.
I would not be able to fool a two year old child with that crap.
I wrote to the support and they told me they could make a refound for 50% of what I have paid.
My anser was of course that I want all my money back and they had according to their webbsite 100% money back guarantee.
I got no answer after that and no money and no help from Home Products.
Do not be fooled, buy from another place.

Do not buy anything! China quality but high prices. Impossible to make returns due to high freight cost and you will be dissapointed in the quality of your order.

Scam. I did not get what I ordered.

Material is sent from CHina, not the EU as stated. Expect extra border cost.
huge delays (over 6 weeks) to get delivery.

More like a scam than a bad operation.

Like several other reviewers, I bought the “Real Santa” mask, and it is absolutely horrible. It is not the same mask that is shown in product images and videos. I have requested a refund; let’s see if they honor their own returns policy.

We bought a "real latex Santa mask", video and everything of the product, now they don't even sell the product anymore.

When the product arrived it was the cheapest material, stinks Gasoline and was so terribly made in China that the machines probably cried. BUT most important! IT WASNT A SANTA IT WAS A FREAKING SAMURAI :'D Just, don't buy anything from here. It's really just scam.

Worst piece of crap I have ever bought. Don’t expect to receive what you have bought. Don’t trust this company or site.

It’s so bad service! The delivery time takes forever and no support from custom service. They are not based in Europe, all delivery is coming from China.... Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this shop....
