Love my new vase as it’s exactly the right size and colour for the space. Came when expected and no damage despite it being a fragile thing

Scale of picture on website is deceiving. My fault, as I thought it was inches not cms. It is like a postcard. No option to buy bigger.

The item I purchased was excellent quality, I was very pleased with the aesthetic of the white wash rattan bowl that was cheaper than most other sites but looks expensive .

I never take the time to write reviews but I want to make other people aware how unprofessional this company is! Ordered a vase 11 days ago for a birthday present which should of been delivered within 3-5 days . Still not been received, rang the company Friday , sent an email chasing it up to which I’ve had no response, and also rang again today. Obviously they don’t care about customer service as they’ve not even taken the time to give me an explanation as to why, more annoyed as I could of got it off another retailer and the birthday present would not of been late. If you find the product on a different website get it off there and avoid this company!! Then you’ll get it.

Really poor customer service, have reached out to them for over a week and no response, some of the cushion covers are not true to size, also some description are incorrect, says sage and in fact are mint, also some of the pillow cases are fraying. Really put me off social influencers who get free pillow cases and promote on there page. Glad i paid via paypal so i shall claim my refund back.
