If I could give them zero stars, I would. Pants from China.... still trying to get shipping address for return but from other posts, assuming that will be in China and more expensive than its worth... I assume that's how they get away with it. Advertisement was on facebook... realize that I should have researched the company first. Don't waste your money. Paypal should ban them.

Do not buy from this company. The pants do not fit and is not the material that is advertised. The pants advertise 48 hour delivery (when I bought them thats what they advertised), but I didn't get the pants for 6 weeks. I emailed them after 5 days and requested that they cancel the entire order and they refused. When I tried to return them for a refund, the company conversed with me for a few messages and once they figured out they weren't going to talk me into an exchange, they stopped answering. Additionally, the company would take over a week to respond. Absolute garbage.

I bought 4 pairs of pants for $88. Two were advertised as 100% cotton. They were 100% cheap nasty polyester. The other two pairs of pants looked like a 5 year old had sewn them together. They were TERRIBLE. And much too small, but I couldn't even wear them if they did fit. I asked for a refund. They said it would be too expensive to ship back to China and would I take a $10 credit and I get to keep them? NO. I don't want this trash. I filed a dispute with Paypal, who did NOT help me at all. They said I had to ship them back. Despite the fact that the pants were shipped to ME from Los Angeles, I had to pay $65 to ship them back to *China*. I did it, because I was mad and didn't want the scammers to win. I sent the tracking number to Paypal, as requested in the dispute. The pants are now stuck in customs in China for god knows what reason and Paypal closed my dispute! NOT in my favor! What the heck!? I am livid. Do yourself a favor and don't even get involved with these people Shame on Paypal for allowing these shady sellers to use their payment vehicle.

Ordered online after asking about where the products were made. They said they were made in U.S. and Canada. My package tracking says it was mailed from China over 3 weeks ago. Purchase has never arrived. I paid with PAYPAL and filed a dispute. They contacted me and asked for my order number--I sent it and haven't heard a word back. Paypal shouldn't even service this company. Going to block this site and delete my Paypal account. Total scam site and ripoff.

Ordered black cargo pants and what I got wasn't even CLOSE to the pants I ordered, once again, I was ripped off by another crappy company in china, these "cargo pants" were hideous! Thin cotton material with I think 2 pockets, I chucked 'em! Save your money, nothing that comes outta china is quality, and they're laughin all the way to the bank

I was excited to get my pant's because it looks nice on the website. As soon as I open up my package; I was turned off by the quality of it. It feels like paper and not seam at all. The legs are wider than it looks.

I tried to request for a refund but it appear the website has been taken down.

Stay away! I am beating myself up for not checking reviews before ordering these “pants.” I will be throwing them away as they are not anything anyone on this planet could wear. And as others have said, no response when trying to contact the seller. They made themselves sound like a US company that closed their storefront due to Covid. I will NEVER AGAIN, and recommend no one else do so, order anything advertised on FB or knowingly from China!! I am sick of the deception and fraud.

Same terrible experience everyone else has described! I ordered bamboo pants that were supposed to be soft and high-quality in extra-large. I received cotton/rayon pants that would not fit a child, are rough and stiff, and that are such poor quality that don’t even have hems at the bottom of the legs. Company will not respond to repeated messages and will not provide a return address for a refund.

I wish I had read the reviews for Homepantss.com before I placed my order. All prior negative reviews are true!! The quality is pathetic and curtain-like material. I wanted to return the 4 items immediately upon opening. I emailed for return/refund over 1 week ago and have yet heard back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Obviously, I missed these reviews and got scammed by Homepantss. Their product is horrible. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. Thank goodness the mailing label had a return address so I have mailed back with tracking and will be disputing my credit card. DO not buy from this company. Their product is nothing like advertised.

I purchased 87.00 worth of pants (4 pairs)
One pair arrived defective and of generally poor quality.
Customer service was a joke "give them to a friend instead of returning" "we will send you a $5 gift card" <-- no joke!
To return was 94.00 in shipping.
PayPal was no help really.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Product is BAD QUALITY like KITCHEN CURTAINS sent as pants!! Horrible!
I have emailed 16 TIMES so far. Sporadic communication, circles of questions to completely avoid a refund. They will NOT REFUND!

I wish I had read these reviews before spending close to $60 for crap. The material is cheap polyester, pockets are not even finished; like they are literally cut out of material and sewn on top of the outside of the pants. It took a month to get them after hounding them to prove shipment, and now I have emailed them with no response. This is the second time that I've ordered a product off of FaceBook, both arriving from China, and both of horrible quality.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It's a total fraud. The products are cheap junk, and if you request a refund, they will stonewall you with excuses. The emails are clearly written by someone who doesn't speak English. In one email, they said I should consider giving the pants to a friend. I am disputing the purchase with PayPal.

The quality of these pants is like what you get from halloween costumes. Cheap polyester fabric, no hemming on the edges of the fabric. Its definitely NOT bamboo like advertised. They also advertise a no-hassle return policy, which is a total lie. They responded to my emails but were constantly trying to haggle with me to keep the order for $3, $5, $7 and then $10 and kept trying to discourage me from returning it because the shipping cost would be too high, basically refusing to give me the return address to ship back to. This is not a US based company, they're out of China, (shocker).
Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and get a quality product made in the US or another reputable country with actual business standards and laws to abide by.

Very cheap pants. Not containing any bamboo whatsoever. Not even finished seams. I tried to return and they would not provide an address to return to. it's a scam - stay away!

I ordered a pair of these pants and love them, but they run small. I messaged them twice for an exchange and just got a message back from someone that clearly did not speak english that they need to see the item and they would prefer if I kept them. I'm still sitting with a pair of pants I can't wear. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Horrible. The pants you receive are not the ones you see. When you attempt to return they will not take the return. They tell you it will take too long and cost you too much so please keep the item.

The items are of terrible quality and there is no information on the website for returns. I have sent an email to get return address and refund nothing yet.
