It was a good product, but just a door stop now
It is a good product, and has been working brilliantly until mid December 2023, when notifications via the app all of a sudden stopped. I opened the app and it was logged out, so I tried to log back in, and that’s where the problems started. I keep getting errors, firstly not being able to get a secure connection, and now that my code and email address do not exist.I have tried to contact them via email, had an automated email back with a ticket number, etc, and have not heard back from them.i have tried to call them via their phone number, and guess what, it no longer exists. There email address now no longer exists, keep getting email bounce backs saying it can’t deliver the email as the address doesn’t exist. And today I fined that their website no longer exists. I have also tried to contact their parent company Intra Technologies UK Ltd, and guess what, their phone number, email and website no longer exists. Further investigating, Companies House state that they have failed to submit their accounts. Looking online, regarding HomeOk365 and Intra Technologies UK limited, it seems that they have disappeared, and a lot of bad reviews are now popping up, with others have the same problems as I am. On one forum it also says the companies have been dissolved. The director for these companies is Robertus Johannes Josephus VAN ECK, who is a director for a few other different companies, all showing in Companies House stating they have failed to submit their Accounts, and none of the websites work. This guy needs to be investigated.!!!

ive rang over 20 times to register my security system after failing to do it through the app with a message saying they had an unstable line or my email or membership number not known. calls and messages were ignored after leaving my number, everything on their website is now out of stock so it looks like they have gone bankrupt im now stuck with a system I cant use

Bought the indoor camera bundle a few days ago, very easy to install and has instantly made me feel safer at home.

Great smart home system
