It was a good product, but just a door stop now

It is a good product, and has been working brilliantly until mid December 2023, when notifications via the app all of a sudden stopped. I opened the app and it was logged out, so I tried to log back in, and that’s where the problems started. I keep getting errors, firstly not being able to get a secure connection, and now that my code and email address do not exist.I have tried to contact them via email, had an automated email back with a ticket number, etc, and have not heard back from them.i have tried to call them via their phone number, and guess what, it no longer exists. There email address now no longer exists, keep getting email bounce backs saying it can’t deliver the email as the address doesn’t exist. And today I fined that their website no longer exists. I have also tried to contact their parent company Intra Technologies UK Ltd, and guess what, their phone number, email and website no longer exists. Further investigating, Companies House state that they have failed to submit their accounts. Looking online, regarding HomeOk365 and Intra Technologies UK limited, it seems that they have disappeared, and a lot of bad reviews are now popping up, with others have the same problems as I am. On one forum it also says the companies have been dissolved. The director for these companies is Robertus Johannes Josephus VAN ECK, who is a director for a few other different companies, all showing in Companies House stating they have failed to submit their Accounts, and none of the websites work. This guy needs to be investigated.!!!

Gone bust?

This firm said what it did on the tin. However it appears that they have stopped working. All the system is unconnected and impossible to use. No Web help and email address not accessible.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I CANT EVEN REGISTER MINE

ive rang over 20 times to register my security system after failing to do it through the app with a message saying they had an unstable line or my email or membership number not known. calls and messages were ignored after leaving my number, everything on their website is now out of stock so it looks like they have gone bankrupt im now stuck with a system I cant use

Highly recommend!

Bought the indoor camera bundle a few days ago, very easy to install and has instantly made me feel safer at home.

Would highly recommend to anybody who is looking to increase their security at home!

Great smart home system

Great smart home system. It helps me to check on my family when I am away. Water sensor helps to notify me and my family when washing machine is leaking. Very easy and quick to set up with no hassle.

All I can say is poor very poor I never ask for any of there home care I believe iam a victim of fund I've tried to talk to them and all they want is 224 pound from me just got a letter from them takeing me to court plus they can't afford to pay full postage I at to pay 1.50 to get this letter

We will not comment in detail on fraud cases however we take it very seriously and are sorry you were a victim of fraud as you claim and as advised personal details are sensitive and should be changed the moment you suspect somebody is using them and not ignore communication. In regards to Royal Mail we have no control over their actions or charges and this is the first case that we know of this happening but also this is the first response we received during our multiple attempts to contact you and a payment of £1.50 has been refunded to you as this was your primary concern . We hope the matter is resolved for you and we will continue to investigate internally

I had problem to install my NG camera…

I had problem to install my NG camera so i called the customer support and Sophie was so helpful .She took me step by step with the installation so many times and we end up having it all up and running. Sophie was so polite with lots of patience. In the process i gave up and was thinking of returning the camera and she gave me the courage that we will get there eventually and she did.Hard work pays i was so happy with the support Sophie gave me calling and going through the process with me.Thank you so much am ever greatful i love Home OK

Make us feel safe :)

My house mate got this kit and it’s super helpful and makes us all feel very safe in our home. It’s handy to check the app since we can forget if we closed windows when we go out etc. I’ve recommended it to multiple people and would definitely get it myself one day.
