couldn't be happier
their customer service sets a new standard-- responsive, patient, going above and beyond to double check the details. I was concerned 2 inches wouldn't give me enough padding, but after a few weeks of enjoying these headboard cushions, I wouldn't change a thing. they are just the right balance of supportive and soft. I knew wool would be more expensive, but I was really wanting a couch without any plastic. this way I was able to DIY two small metal headboard and one king-size wooden headboard around a twin bed, add a wool mattress and wool headboard cushions, and voila- a non-toxic, sustainable couch (still much cheaper than the ready-made couches)

Dear Tycoa, we just want to confirm that all was well and fine and your order did arrive successfully in February. Free shipping does take a few weeks to arrive especially around and after the holiday rush. Waste of Time & Money
Avoid this company. Never purchasing from them again
I ordered a mattress it’s arrived but too short in length. I notified the company immediately who requested photos. Sent photos then they wanted more. Finally sent more photos & video showing there mattress doesn’t fit base of bed & too short. Eventually they replied trying to say mattress needs more wool when it’s completely full & got lots more wool than there recommended amount.
Company refused to give any compensation for there product that does not meet requirements.

We understand your frustration that the mattress initially seemed 4 cm (1.5”) shorter than expected.
Our mattresses are made with natural materials that can take some time to fully expand and reach their intended size which we account for in the initial construction. We apologize if this wasn't communicated clearly beforehand.
Please also remove the extra filling you used, since that expands the mattress’s thickness, which leads to the length and width shrinking to accommodate it. We strive for our customers to be happy and satisfied with our products, thus we sent a list of instructions and two videos showing the specifics of filling and tufting a wool mattress.
Rest assured, the mattress is made to the correct specifications and will conform to your bed frame within a few days of use. If after a reasonable amount of time the mattress still doesn't fit your bed frame, please don't hesitate to contact us again. We're happy to work with you to find a solution.

I am so grateful for the finely crafted bed. To my surprise the wool keeps me warm in a cold winter climate. I feel grounded with my beautiful, hand crafted mattress.

Dangling zipper and I think it’s really cool to be able to…
I think it’s really cool to be able to order a body pillow to my preferences. The quality is great. It is a little thicker than I like and I am waiting for it to compress some. But I worry that majority of the compression will occur in the middle of the body pillow.
Another aspect that I didn’t realize would be bothersome is the dangling zipper. When my foot touches it in the night it wakes me up a little. I know u can specify to have it tucked in (or something like that) but truthfully these pillows are so expensive that it would be nice if this was just automatically included (I think it cost extra).
Also, this product is made in Bulgaria or Bolivia….idk if that makes a difference for anyone.

Please note all products have zippers in case the filling needs to be adjusted. Also, we do offer full customization of the zippers - you can choose from metal ones, plastic ones, hidden zippers etc. and it is all at no extra cost.
There is no need to worry about the majority of compression occurring in the middle of your body pillow - you can easily open the zipper of the insert and shuffle the wool. You can also take some of the wool filling out if you find the pillow thicker than you would prefer.
