Beautiful harness and excellent customer service. The harness was excellent and instructions were great, despite that I managed to goof on one connection. James was incredibly patient in helping me find my mistake.

I bought 4 screws for my jazzmaster build.

I actually feel bad how much effort JHOT put into shipping them.

They came straight away, protected wrapped neatly in a branded paper bag, with sticker, personalised hand signed thank you business card and invoice.

4 screws. I think the order was only a couple of quid.

Nice brand btw. The sticker is going on the stickerbomb toolbox in the garage - I will return for future builds, the pricing was reasonable and the screws seem to be decent quality.
