Totally a scam!!!! I spent $60 on two air quest beds and received two poor quality .50 plastic neck blow up pillows! Their customer service was uncooperative. Total rip off! WARNING to all others, website looks good but this is a total rip off scam with no conscious!

They do not even get the 1 star this is a fraud company and they have been reported to the CAFA .Dont fall for their tracking crap either they send a piece of plastic and track it to keep you content for the first month or two.

I wish there was a no star rating, I ordered a Folding Portable car Protection Awning and I received a car windscreen sun visor that I could have bought for R75.00 in South Africa.

Anyone who knows how I can claim a refund?

Scam... They send you a little package of crap. When you ask where your order is they show you the tracking and that it has been delivered. If you complain they offer a 30% refund but you have to send the item back and that it would be over $20 for the postage. I have reported the site to Facebook. You should do the same. Go to their homemoon store and hit the ellipsis ... and Report. Lets get them shut down. Rotten scammers hurting honest hard working people. I hope Karma gets them good.

Never buy anything from this group of rogues. Placed order and I received a small package of crap that I did not order or want. I complained about non receipt of order. They stated they had delivered order, the small package of crap.
Don't touch them.

Instead of the grill oven I ordered, I got a crappy ring. Then 2 weeks later a car protective umbrella placed an equally crappy ring. This is a dirty scam site.

This is a big scam I've ordered 2 lots of tools and never received them I've paid for them and they won't give me my money back. I've had an air cushion from yangyang in China and paid for the postage of 9.99 US Dollar this is utterly ridiculous and I want my full money refunded back to my PayPal account

This is a scam prettily made look legit by a colourful webpage.
I ordered and paid for an expandable car shelter. US$29. The sku Number was clearly visible. What arrived was a US$3 Car Sun Visor, same sku. This ‘style’ of business relies on the amount being low enough for buyers to shrug it off when they work out that they have been scammed. BEWARE ANOTHER SCAM OUT OF CHINA. MasterCard should alert the local authorities.

Anytime I see anything I wanna buy, I check out the price, then I copy n paste to my Amazon, normally there I find it cheaper or 2-3 of the same item and a better price and most times just cheaper n secure, and I alway knows Amazon will refund or replace items or put a foot on their neck to make right... Never had a problem wth Pay Pal on money or refunds... my method of choice 1. is to recheck for cheaper on Amazon, 2nd method of paying is Pay-Pal who’s owned by EBay (hince why nvr see Pay-Pal as an option of paying wth competitors).. if no options of paying wth Pay-Pal or buying anywhere else(Amazon) then last resort is the Cash-App card (but I nvr keep money on the books wth cash-app I deposit it right away, and if any try to draw money Cash-app DO NOT GO INTO BANK ACCOUNTS n take nothing), they notify U of the draw and tell U to cancel card and they send a new one quick(different #’s)... bcus they DO NOT GIVE MONEY BACK and will not reach out to the other Party... hoping this info can be of use to someone...!! i'd like to give them no star. bait n switch and then paypal sides with them. ordered the dewalt looking tools, received an air pillow. at the same time ordered the bedding set, a week after the first parcel i received a cheap dollar tree pillow case.

I have order 2 of these tool kits to give one as a persents for someone 3 months ago and I am still waiting for them to be delivered I have email this company homemoon a few times to ask them for a refund of my money and I have had one email back from them staying sorry they don’t do refunds so it look like I lost my money as well as the tool kits, I think Facebook is just as bad as this company by letting this company to take peoples money

I ordered 12-piece tool set and they sent me air cushion after waited for two months. Total scam, they must be sharing some of the money they receive from grieving customers with Facebook that's why they don't crack down on them. These guys are making a lot of money a year from scamming innocent people. Don't ever ever buy anything from them.

Ordered a hammock for my backyard, and they sent me a fake jewellery ring.

They have offered me a refund (after a month of emails, PayPal disputes, etc), but still want me to cover the cost of sending the ring back to them, which is never gonna happen. To top it all off, they've only provided the return shipping address written in Chineese, just to make things more difficult.

So, stay far far away from this shop. It's not worth the potential hassle.

After a two-month shipping delay where they told me what I ordered was on the way, it finally arrived and was not the item I ordered. Total scam.

I ordered a swing hammock for my backyard. The sent me a cheap ring and said that I could keep the ring instead. Just a scam it seems.
