Placing an online order
Placing an online order, was a little unsettling for me of this amount. Couldn't get the coupon to work at first. Called the store and spoke with a very respectful employee by the name Shane maybe Shawn at ext 1172. The fine employee with amazing customer service skills and a wonderful work ethic went above and beyond in helping this older woman in making this online purchase happen. Shawn gave me such assurance that it will all work out. Homemaker Furniture should be honor in having such an amazing employee as him. Just knowing that at ext:1172, there is a employee that truly cares is such a wonderful feeling that makes this online shopping experience wonderful. Thanks to his supervisor Robert to for his help in solving the coupon/gift card issue. Wish you guys would come to Texas. Yes, we do have NFM, just not the same in product line or convenience.

We found a couple of Lazy Boy recliners…
We found a couple of Lazy Boy recliners that we wanted locally in Tulsa, OK. As we were saving to purchase the recliners, we did more research online. We happened to find the same recliners on the Homemakers Furniture website, but they were WAY cheaper. We saved $900 even with shipping. We were skeptical at first, so we called Homemakers. They answered all of our questions and were very friendly. We decided to go for it and order them. It took about a month, but we got them and SAVED OVER $900!! We love them. We would recommend Homemakers Furniture to everyone. Great service. Great delivery. Great product!

Had a great experience in the store in Urbandale last week. Needed to add some additional items to our order. Was able to find the items easily on their online website, and even able to have them shipped to the house the same delivery day. Very easy, and everything i needed.
