Nice lamp. I ordered a second that was different from the first and they immediately sent another.

The lamp is really nice and made from good quallity materials. The install was easy to do. The website gives you all the information about the lamp. Also the service and thw speed of dellivery was good.

Although my order arrived in two parcels, everything was great. The communication was excellent, and the team was very responsive.

I bough 3 lamps a few weeks ago, and everything was perfect. I'm usually very nervous about online shopping; I think it's kind of a lottery 😂 but this time I was thrilled. The lamps arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and they're beautiful! Exactly as they looked in the photos. I'm so happy! If I need it for sure I will use homelights again.

The minimalist design in bright white, the soft round shapes, and the fact that it’s dimmable and can change from warm to bright light—perfect for a pleasant evening atmosphere.

The size (Ø 25 cm x H 35 cm) makes it ideal for a bedside table or sideboard without being too prominent. A real eye-catcher with a calming look.

Due to an incorrect adres the shipment could not be proceed. Lilly reached out to me and normally I should receive the parcel anyway. Let’s see… so far so good:-)

We ordered the goods and did not receive them!!!They do not respond to emails!
We paid for the goods, but never received the merchandise.
The company has no registration in any official system, no tax/VAT number, NO ADDRESS, and no phone number!!!
The invoice contains no company details at all!!!!

My advise is not to buy from this company, because there’s a high chance that you will be disappointed (specially if you need to return your product!).
There’s no clear information where they ship their products from (spoiler: they ship directly from China and you can find the same product in AliExpress for half the price) and also their RETURN policy is not completely compliant with Dutch/EU consumer laws!
- They cannot enforce you to deduct a “Restocking Fee” of 20% (Directive 2011/83/EU), they should reimburse the total amount of the product.
- They don’t inform you upfront that, if you want to return your product, you will need to ship it to China! They indicate that you will have to pay the return shipping costs, but they don’t clarify that these are FOR CHINA!
- They have to reimburse the customer in the total price of the product + initial shipping costs (Directive 2011/83/EU), so the can’t deny to pay the shipping costs that we already payed for.
They are very keen to answer your emails in the beginning, but by the time you want to initiate the return process… they stop answering! (We are still waiting for a response from them for >4days although they claim they answer within 24h)
Summary: very sketchy business, very sketchy policies… not worth the money and the time.
