Their report on my property contained a completely false statement about equipment that did not exist. This careless error triggered weeks of problems with insurance carriers, causing unnecessary stress, wasted time, and serious complications that no homeowner should have to deal with. The way they do it is just to slap a bunch of photos they took into the report and copy paste from earlier reports. This resulted mentioning a high risk electrical panel that DID NOT exist in my property.
While they eventually corrected the report after I pointed it out, the fact that such a mistake was included in the first place shows a lack of attention, professionalism, and accountability.
When asked to take responsibility, they dismissed the impact and hid behind contract language instead of making things right.
A home inspection is supposed to provide trust and accuracy, in my experience, this company delivered neither.
