If i could give zero I would

If i could give zero I would. Absolutely shocking service. Item arrived late plus damaged and was missing all parts to out together, ignoring my emails and calls to fix. Absolute con artists. Be aware.

The worst customer service iv ever come across

Ordered a shoe cabinet on 23rd Dec. The unit wasn’t packaged correctly and had several scratches upon opening, along with some of the worst instructions I’ve ever come across.

When I contacted Home Hub and provided them with images of the faults, they offered me a choice between a 20% refund (which is an absolute insult), or they’d get me spare parts. After several emails back and fourth trying to ask for a full refund I eventually gave in and agreed for them to send me replacement parts.

Fast forward 2 weeks and no email updates let alone parts were received so I was forced to email again to chase. Was given a lame excuse about the parts being delayed and was offered a 50% refund.

In the end I agreed to this and will use the money to purchase another shoe cabinet.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Keep your money and stay well clear!

Order never sent or received

I placed the order, soon after I received an email with a DHL tracking number. However the tracking never updates and DHL says there’s no parcel.
They do not answer the phone number provided.
They did respond to my emails saying first that the parcel had gone missing and it was re-sent for delivery 2 days after, then on my further email they change the story saying the product is out of stock and they’re checking if there’s more stock in another warehouse. The emails are not signed with a name, just generic “customer service” and they are full of spelling mistakes. I have a feeling I will never see my order and lost £85. Happy to change this review should they prove me wrong.

They won't even discuss the missing order

My order did not arrive on the specified day, I was told it would be delivered the next day and it was not. I have taken 2 days off work, made 2 round trips of over an hour to wait in for it. DHL are adamant that they have not received it and suggest I contact Home Hub and the worst thing is that Home Hub never answer the phone and have ignored 3 messages requesting information.
