I was able to place my order with ease. I have used this product for 3 years and it works well for me. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the additional cost of the tariffs. It cost me two times as much as it did one year ago. I realize this is not the company's fault. I was willing to pay the amount as the product helps me a great deal. Delivery service was good.

This Company continues to provide fast, excellent service. It's been 9 years since my first purchase from Home Healthcare Shoppe, and the service continues to be outstanding, providing the opportunity to buy replacement parts instead of purchasing a whole new unit (an option never offered locally). Their prices and consistent helpful assistance make them my first choice when looking for Healthcare products (despite the distance living in Ontario to their location in B.C.)
Processing of my order was fast and much appreciated. I highly recommend Home Healthcare Shoppe, and look forward to making further purchases from them in the future.
