My daughter bought a mirror from…

My daughter bought a mirror from homeglow.com.au with her Christmas money. It arrived, scuffed, dirty and poorly packaged. It was $97 and in my opinion barely worth $20. I requested a refund straight away and was offered 15% discount. We later plugged the mirror in and it doesn’t work.
The company have now stopped all communication, even though photos and a video have been provided. Case is now with ACCC due to company refusing to adhere to their own return policy.
