Order never received #37244
Ordered, dispatched with tracking but Order never arrived, assuming it’s lost in the post as it sometimes happens. Customer service since has been poor, little response to emails and nothing being done to rectify issue. No refund or new order sent. Have now ordered from alternative company. Best avoided .

He does not refund the delivery fees and my order was misleading. He does not cover the delivery costs for either return or shipping

60 € to get from 17 joules to 20 joules...
I bought a KOMBI | Valve Powerkit.68 + FIRING BOLT inkl. PIN | HDR68 | 30J+
AND, with my hdr68, I only got from 17 joules to 20 joules...
So 60 € to get from 17 joules to 20 joules...
ANSWER TO THE SALER :
Not at all.
I did remove the reducer above the CO² capsule and I had 21.4 joules with rubber ball on the first shoot and 23 joules with the devastator with the first shoot.
So, unfortunately it is far form 30 joules ...
Moreover, there is less power for the next shoots. So the first shoot is the most powerful and after you get a decrease...
I am disappointed.

The offer refers to the HDR68 in the 7.5J version. The 16J version also requires the removal of the reducer above the CO² capsule in order to achieve the full effect of the combi kit.
HIGHLY ADVICE TO AVOID THIS STORE
The item i received was milled incorrectly not making it fit at all. I notified the store through email but never got any responce at all! so i reported it as a return to the store wich had to be approved. now the seller removed my return!! mailed agian no responce at all!!
