Isn't it pretty ironic that everybody that makes a good report or review I should say for home cue gets a response back from support team but since they have not followed through with getting my order shipped order number 10024 placed on November 13th of 2024 and the money deducted from my account on that same day of almost $600 doesn't hear anything back from support team
Not even 1 star. I ordered a crystal mug for my wife for Christmas and what I recieved was... well... less that desirable.
It was a resin plastic mug that had been spraypainted to look sort of like the picture in the add. I wish I could post pictures, but they don't give you that option. Now trying to get my money back they want me to pay for shipping. The mug they sent me isn't even worth the price to ship it.
I ordered a pool filter and when received, the pressure gauge was damaged. I notified Homecue about this, and they were apologetic and offered a 5% refund and told me to buy the part elsewhere, which I purchased through Amazon so I could install and use filter. After several emails telling me I would receive the 5% refund, it has now been 30 days since that “I have notified our team to process a 5% refund on your order.”,
and yet, I still have not received it. I have emailed several times during this 30 days, and crickets… I wouldn’t give another penny to this crap company if my life depended on it!! What reputable business, would send a damaged product and not do anything about it??? Apparently, this one. Shop elsewhere, anywhere has to be better, disgusting customer service, if I could take this filter and cram it up whomever’s a** that strung me along, I would.
This company should be called Scamcue. I've ordered a 6 person hot tub, it arrived with some tape around it. so when I filled it up it held up nice till the next day it deflated about 4 inches, so I called them and explained what happened, the told me to check for leaks with soap, I did but no luck, so they told me discard that one, we'll send you a replacement, well, it never came, so I called the bank and they reversed the payment. now after about a month they reversed my reverse and charged me $750+ and my bank said to sue them or file with BBB, I intend to do that meanwhile I'm out of $750 and a leaky POS sitting in my back patio. listen guys do not deal with this company, they sell garbage.
I ordered nearly a $500 pool and the very next day the website is “down for maintenance”. I’ve emailed them multiple times and they kept saying I’d get my package within the next 4 days..then the next 3 days. It went on like this for two weeks nearly. I disputed it with my bank. It’s a scam their customer service email is literally “helpdesk” you can easily create multiple accounts of those.
I ordered a generator for over $1,000. They cancelled my order because they said product was damaged in transit. No refund issued in over 2 weeks. They stated website was down could not process refund. I threatened to report to BBB and they sent an email wanting me to set up a chargeback to notify my CC company. I am not giving them access to card number and my info. Scam!!
SCAM. Ordered a $1,000 item. Charged me immediately, then canceled, saying I had requested the cancellation. I had not. Said they'd send refund 5-10 business days. It's been longer than that. They did not.
Site is now completely inactive. Due to "maintenance"? Nope...
I am also thinking this site is fraudulent. I ordered coffee tables and they shipped but was notified that they were damaged in shipping and I have yet to receive a refund. I have tried to email but it won't go through and the link to the website is also no longer available. Very disappointing.

They told my credit card company they delivered it to me
They only delivered PART of my order-the other half they told me they resent
But reality they never did
My credit card is putting the charge back in my card so now I have to fight it AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered an above ground pool at homecue.com. Seemed like a great price and quick delivery. Decent reviews for the website, so I thought I’d give it a try.
Bad decision.
This company does not stock their own product. They take your money and order it from another website. My pool was delivered by Home Depot about a week late and it was not the kit I had ordered. I’m okay with it because it ended up being essentially how much I would have paid if I ordered that kit from Home Depot myself.
But here’s the scam… they have it delivered and then immediately order a return pickup by UPS which will take the product from you and return it to them. Not where it was ordered from, in my case, Home Depot… it’s ordered to return the product to Home Cue. I refused the return delivery so the pool is still in my possession, but it’s safe to say that they assumed I would want to return it because it is not what I ordered. They take the pool and likely don’t refund my money.
I read through some of the one star reviews for homecue.com and they experienced the same thing.
Stick with a known quantity because these people are ripping consumers off and hopefully will be shut down soon.
I'm having the same issue with HomeCue. I placed and order on 6/13 and was told my pool cleaner would arrive by Tuesday 6/19. As of today I am still waiting and have contacted their support e-mail and was advised their website is down and they don't have a tracking number. Also was advise the website is going to be down another 3-7 days and the product may arrive before I get a tracking number. Why can't they tell me the status, even if the site is down they should be able to give you the info and status on your item. I worked in the shipping and transportation industry for a long time and don't buy they can't provide this info. I also asked about cancelling my order and now I get crickets. I may have to file a claim with the company I financed through to get this squared away. I'm truly ah a loss right now ..

FIrst, I was not only sent the wrong Saluspa Hawaii model (they sent me the model without the EnergySense cover), but the Saluspa had a hole in the liner. Customer service said it was common, and told me I should just use a patch provided. I thought that was ridiculous, and I insisted on getting a replacement. They finally agreed to send me a replacement. There were no holes this time, but it was still the wrong model; still no EnergySense cover (just the regular one).

In May I ordered a pool from this company and charged it to my AmEx card. A few days later, I received an email telling me that the company cancelled my order. Now I have a charge on my current AmEx bill for that pool order. I called the number listed twice and both times it went to phone message and I never got a return call. I'm contesting the charge.
