Brandon came to our home to do presentation of company/product after my request online. Did an Awesome presentation, I truly was impressed with the product and we decided to allow Home Craft to install gutter system on our home. Looking forward to many happy years of protecting our home from exterior water damage around our home.

I will post again after my gutter guards are installed but Josh was out yesterday right on time actually a few minutes early which was definitely a plus for me for sure,he was very knowledgeable and very transparent the price was on spit and he answered every question that I had,he wasn't pushy was very helpful that he had several products from the competition which helped me further with my decision we did purchase these and am confident this will be a great product lifetime warranty on these was a huge selling point thankyou Josh for coming out..

Jen Lawson was our sale rep. She was very informative about the products we we're interested in. We signed on the spot and are happy with our experience.

Valia Andry was professional and informative in her presentation. She answered all our questions and concerns.

Jonathon Howard came by my house today and showed me all their products. He was professional and courteous. He took measurements and went over all their pricing with me. We are still shopping but will keep them in mind.

I would give them a 0 but that's not an option. I have been waiting for my gutters installation for weeks. Had to reschedule due to a last minute call saying they were not coming. The second time I had been in contact all week to confirm that all materials were in and it was a go. Minutes before scheduled arrival time I get a call saying the materials were not actually in or available. Worst company ever dose not stand behind there service. DO NOT USED THEM

Had charles come out and provide my wife with estimate for gutter replacement which was provided..my wife advised that we had 2 other companies scheduled for estimates as well at which point his demeanor changed and he became extremely rude to my wife while I was in the house..very unprofessional of him and I would not recommend anyone use this company

I'm blown over by the service I received. When the guy came out to do the estimate, he didn't notice I had plastic gutters. It was another company that came out to give an estimate that told me. I contacted HomeCraft and they said they would replace my 185 feet of gutters at no cost. When the guy came to take my old gutters down and replace them, he said he could not use any of the downspouts as they were the wrong size and wouldn't fit the new gutters. He called the company and they agreed to replace them too at no additional cost. I couldn't believe any company would do that.
Long story short, I not only have excellent gutter protection but also new gutters all around the house and all I paid was the initial estimate and not a dollar more. And by the way the estimate was a few thousand dollars less than the other company's estimate.
I highly recommend this HomeCraft!!

I got the windows in my home tinted and I’m very happy with the results. The additional privacy is great, my electric bill has gone down & there isn’t a glare on my television/computer screens

I was interested in installing by gutters and did not want to have to clean them. Daniel Garcia came to seen me and he was very professional and explained the difference in the type of guards and I chose to go with him and is service.

The reason they have such good reviews is because they offer you a discount to leave one immediately...even before installation. They use high-pressure sales tactics and will refuse to leave your home until a contract is signed. DO NOT SCHEDULE A FREE QUOTE.

They also start with a ridiculous price and then arbitrarily bring it down from there if you don't sign the contract right away. They are just trying to see how much they can scam you out of. Who knows how much the service is actually worth, but certainly not the price they tried to make us pay.

My Home Craft / Gutter Guard representative, Blake Hackney, out of Hixon, TN, was great to work with. He demonstrated the Gutter Guard product and several of your competitor products to me. The simple, rigid and unique design of the mesh screen on the Gutter Guard sold me. I have a mechanical engineer background and understand the theory of the design. I like the lifetime warranty, and the ability to transfer the warranty to new homeowners. Also, Blake found me the most discounts that he could.

The installation crew showed up the next day. They were very courteous and professional. They were quick and careful when prepping my gutters and installing the Gutter Guards.

Finally, Hannah at the Home Craft was very professional, polite and helpful when I asked her to E-mail me a copy of the Gutter Guard warranty.

My overall review of my experience with Home Craft and Gutter Guard is very positive and I highly recommend Gutter Guard.

The overall experience was a pleasure. My sales rep, Becca, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation team lead, Raphael, made sure to check with me on placement of a down spout prior to installing it to make sure I would be happy with it. His team had my new gutters looking amazing in a very timely manner. Joseph answered all my questions and kept me informed if any time changes for the installation team. Sarah called a few days later to check and make sure I was completely satisfied and she was very polite and helpful. Homecraft Gutter experience was simple and affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for gutters in the North Texas area.

Great experience! Hello All… wanted to say how much I appreciated the excellent experience I had with Homecraft Gutter Protection. Michael, my salesman, was knowledgeable and not pushy at all! The pricing was very competitive and the quality of the product was far superior to anything else I was shown. The installation crew was great! They were very polite and worked hard. Sarah (polite and courteous) followed up with me the next day to make sure everything went well. I was pleased from start to finish and recommended they call my son for his gutters. HomeCraft's Gutter protection is an attractive effective design. They have very competitive pricing. The product was installed completely around the roof. I really like the gutter gates at the end of the down spouts. They open easily to allow the discharge of water and prevents rodents and other unwanted pest from entering the gutter system. The house looks like a different home in a positive way. Sarah and the customer service team provided timely updates and the project started and was completed three days after we signed the contract with a lifetime manufacturer warranty. Nice gutter system.
