Sydney came out to our house for an estimate at 5pm on a Saturday, just to accommodate our schedule. We enjoyed meeting her and are looking forward to doing business with her and the HomeCraft team!

Went with company on both houses we own. Naz was very patient and helpful throughout the process.

Josh came by this afternoon to evaluate our needs. We knew we had issues with leaves clogging out gutters as well as one section of guttering that has become dislodged from our home. He did his measurements and provided education regarding our specific issues and most cost effective solutions. He was thorough and an absolute pleasure during his presentation. His knowledge of products and benefits was impressive and since I really liked the product, warranty, and the price, I said yes. I’m somewhat physically handicapped so cleaning a gutter on a two story house just isn’t safe for me to consider anymore. Having these gutter guards installed will circumvent a lot of problems. The product and services are worth your time.

Mike Huskey with HomeCraft came at the exact time scheduled! He explained the product in great detail and supplied physical examples and the difference between their gutter guards and HomeCrafts. Mike was very patient and had to explain everything all over again to my husband painstakingly via FaceTime. It was not hard seeing the superior advantage of HomeCrafts gutter guards. My husband, being in the steel business, was impressed on their price considering the cost of steel. Up here in the Smokies with all of the trees, a superior product for gutters is a must to prevent serious damage to your home! They scheduled less than a week out. I will update my review after the installation.

Tiffany did a great job demonstrating the product and we came to a fair price for the install. Looking forward to having quality gutter covers on our house.

Honesty and Integrity!!

My partner and I are first time homeowners. We’re new to the area and are working on our first home projects. We found HomeCrafters through after reviewing several different competitors. We decided against some of the name-brand competitors simply because of the materials used aren’t cheap plastics or cheap micro-mesh that clogs within a week and will give you a hobbit roof within a year. It’s a huge plus that this business is veteran-operated and supports community projects and charities for our veterans.

They were super fast and responsive with a texting option. They were available right away, and arrived on time!!

Our home was built in 1978 and the last owners still give us headaches. We desperately needed our gutters repaired and replaced. We are so glad we got Josh from HomeCrafters to come out for a free consultation. He was able to explain the different gutter guard systems and answer all of our what-if’s. It was a huge plus that he was super friendly with our three big dogs.

We thank you Josh for your service for our country and for our home!

Mike Huskey came to my home and talked to me about getting new gutters. He was very helpful and explained how the gutters worked. Got my new gutter at a price I could afford and they will be installed very soon.

I had no idea we were not speaking to the actual company that does the work when the sales person came out so that being said he promised a few things that the installers who came out the first time told us could not be done?? Well for the money they charged us we were not happy at all. So needless to say we were not paying so they sent out another company. They looked at what needed to be done and reported back to Homecraft. Anyway long story short we found out the installers have their own company and it would behoove anyone to make sure you contact an actual owner/installer instead of going through the sales people as they are in it to get paid also therefore you are paying way too much for the service you get. If you will read the reviews you will see they Homecraft use several different companies to do the work!!

Mike Husky came to our house tonight. He was super nice and explained things thoroughly. He helped us find a solution within our budget. We are excited to see how the new gutters will look. Thanks so much Mike.

Jonathan Howard made a presentation for the Homecraft gutters for our home. He explained our current problems with water flowing over the current gutters without some gutter protection. He also showed the technical benefits of Homecraft gutters including a demonstration of the various kinds of gutter protection. It was very evident that the best gutter protection is Homecraft gutters. Installation will be tomorrow. Great service - no pressure.

Johnathan Howard came out today and worked diligently (through my two girls crying and fussing) to show me the difference between HomeCraft and other options. I am very pleased with the service and price we have arrived at!

Blake Hackney was professional and friendly. He was informative and educational about gutters and all things related to them. He helped us get a good understanding for what my house would need for its gutter system. Blake worked hard to set up a system that would fit well with our finances. Definitely a 5 star for Blake's knowledge and drive to help reach his customers needs.

Blake Hackney came out to give us a quote for our home gutter system. He was on time, incredibly friendly and very helpful. He took the time to explain the system and process with us while being energetic and personable. Definitely recommend working with this company!

From the initial quote to completion was good. Bandon covered the product and process very well during the quote process. He was very knowledgable in all aspects. I did feel that there was a slight hard sell pitch. After an initial slight hiccup which delayed the fitting my house was completed within 4 days. The team that came only took a few hours to install the product and since then I am glad I have not had to clean my gutters.
