In these troubling times I could not believe when I got the email and text from you and parcel force to say Chair was on its way . It is the perfect fit for my mum and I can relax knowing that she will not be slipping out of this chair As was happening with the one she had ,bless her unaware of everything that is going on but has brought peace of mind that I won’t get a call from Carers to say found her on the floor
So I would just like to say a very big thank you and all your team for still working in these very worrying times stay safe and keep clear of this virus

It took too long to come and now I have a chair that is useless as my dad is in a home

As I needed a chair quickly for my wife who was leaving hospital after fracturing her hip, I rang on the off chance on a Saturday and luckily Mark answered, found a suitable chair in stock, took payment and arranged for despatch on Monday. The chair is perfect.
An excellent service!

The Website is easy to use and the layout makes it easy to choose exactly the chair design that you want eg style, colour, size, height, covering and type of cushion. The chair was delivered on time and is good quality. Would recommend.

Fantastic chairs which we purchased for my parents- we are delighted. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I did not receive notification of the delivery date and they just turned up. Fortunately, we were in but I would have welcomed this information. Even so, I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Chair was good - however delivery left something to be desired. it would have helped if the company had rung or texted before attempting delivery as we were out and could have made other arrangements. Royal Mail mislaid the parcel attempted delivery twice and finally chair arrived damaged. We fixed it and it is OK, but a good experience, ruined by bad delivery. Company were helpful , but still awaiting refund of postage costs.

Nice looking chairs, good quality

They didnt send an e-mail to say when the chair was going to be despatched,had to go on the company chat room to get a sales person to get someone to contact me.
The delivery driver did phone 30 min before delivery which was good, allowing me to come away from work,but the wrong height chair was delivered 21 inch instead of the ordered 19,so had to wait for it to be collected and altered,came back 2 days later on courier who said delivery 11-12,turned up 1.50pm.
So not very happy with service,will not be recommending to others.

very happy from picking what chair with help online and ringing me to say its going to be comeing on a day thats best for me as i have autism and also spine degenaration so my husband needad to be home for delivery day . my chair is lovely well made and easy for me to get into and i will tell friends how good the custermer help is

I ordered a chair for my elderly father for when he came home from hospital, the chair arrived after 2 weeks and with a broken leg,(the chair not my father), still waiting on a replacement chair, so all in all its taken a month to get a chair.....

Chair seat really slippy and as soon as u sit on it it slips away from you. This chair was for my 93 year old mother who is disabled, we had to go out and purchase a non slip grip mat from
A shop to put under the seat so it didn’t slip. So wasn’t very impressed at all.

2nd purchase this year. Item was Excellent quality. Very prompt delivery and excellent communication when I had questions. Many thanks and have already enquired about another purchase.
