Rip off company!

I ordered an outdoor rug. Delivery was quick but the wrong rug was sent. I emailed the company and was told it would be sorted soon. I have emailed again, to no avail and the telephone number for customer service is unobtainable! I'm stuck with a rug that is not the size or one that I wanted and the one I wanted was more expensive, so I'm out of pocket! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Horrendous!!!

No help from Homeart with chasing my delivery! Taking no responsibility
Or being helpful with my issue whatsoever! Courier DX even worse!! 3 different delivery dates cancelled by them!! AVOID!! Not worth the Hassle!! Both companies 100% incompetent and unprofessional!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Ordered a rug and after a week of not…

Ordered a rug and after a week of not receiving it I was told it went missing. Could not send me another one as they said it's out of stock even though it's still available to order on the website. I got offered a full refund only to see they have kept the shipping fee.
I would not recommend.
