Worst company and no customer service support about the charges they are making. Never mentioned about recurring $59 every month. Instead of one fee they keep adding $32+59 for another $60. You won't... See more

My experience doesn’t even deserve a star. They lied to you. They don’t tell you that the $59 monthly service fee is only a monthly service fee not including $23 for every hour that the clean individual is there I ordered for someone to come help me clean because I am disabled. Only need to have the service cleaner. Call me and tell me that they have to take four buses to get to where I’m located. They didn’t even have a car not a vacuum, not even a mop everything was in their backpack when I called them and told them that you told me that you’re sending me one of the best over the sales rep told me that they couldn’t assist me. I had to wait 48 hours for a customer service to get back to me their liars their thieves this is a hoax and they pray on you to take your money.

Service is a complete scam and subscription trap I selected one time service and got charged monthly then slapped with a $227 cancellation for a one time service…WTF. Customer service doesn’t care they are part of the scam too!
Not only was the cleaning complete crap and the woman milked every minute and couldn’t walk slower with an anchor around her legs,
I could never recommend you avoid a service more than this racket!

I want to share my recent experience with Homeaglow Cleaning to help others make informed decisions.
As of today, this company holds a negative rating with the Better Business Bureau, and unfortunately, my experience reflects many of the concerns reported by others.
Despite following their process and even paying applicable cancellation fees, I have been unable to successfully cancel my service. There appears to be no reliable way to speak with a representative directly, and attempts to resolve the issue have been met with ongoing billing and continued assignment of cleaners.
Consumers should be aware:
• Cancellation is not straightforward, even when fees are paid
• Direct customer support is extremely difficult to access
• Services may continue despite clear cancellation attempts
I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to thoroughly review current customer feedback and BBB ratings before committing.
If you are currently experiencing similar issues, document everything and consider filing a formal complaint through the BBB or your financial institution.
Transparency matters, and consumers deserve clear, fair business practices.

*Update 4/17/26: Callie reached out to me and went above and beyond to rectify my concerns. I’m going to give it another go, and I’ll update after the next cleaner.
Money vacuum. This company charges and charges and charges, and, when you’ve had to request a refund for the second time because your cleaner came to the house for 6 hours—only for you to find that they’ve only cleaned your kitchen, they deny your refund request because you’ve requested too many refunds.
So, you get crappy or overpriced cleaning services, and on top of it, if you cancel you have to pay an outrageous early termination fee, like it’s 2002.
I highly recommend saving yourself the headache.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I signed up for their 1 time clean. I was deceptively signed up for a 6 month membership even though I clearly signed up for a 1 time 6 hour cleaning service. If I had known I was going to get stocked into a monthly service I wouldn't have ever signed up. Now I have to pay$60/ month for 6 months plus pay for any cleanings I schedule on top of that. And if I want to cancel I have to pay $210 early termination fee! If you are required to sign up for a6 month contract that should be in Large Print right up front not hidden tricking people into this. I was both expecting an additional$60 charge the day of the cleaning. And when I started to ask quotations is when I found out about the membership. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. From now on I'll hire locally from Facebook marketplace. I'm always home when a cleaner comes anyway.

I had an extremely upsetting experience with this service.
I booked an 8-hour cleaning with add-ons because, like many families with young children, our home needed a deeper clean. That is the entire reason I hired a cleaner—to help, not to be judged.
The cleaner arrived, cleaned one counter, then left and canceled the appointment without explanation. No attempt was made to complete the job or communicate concerns.
Shortly after, a report was made to CPS based on exaggerated and inaccurate claims about my home. This caused significant stress, anxiety, and disruption to my family, all stemming from a service I paid for and did not receive.
CPS came, evaluated our home, and determined it was livable and our children were safe. Yes, our home needed cleaning—that is exactly why I hired this service in the first place.
Instead of receiving help, I was left dealing with:
No completed service
A canceled appointment
Emotional distress from an unnecessary CPS situation
This experience was completely unacceptable. If a cleaner is not comfortable with a job, they should communicate or decline it—not abandon the work and escalate the situation in a way that harms a family.
I would strongly caution others before using this service.
Additional Review Details:
After posting my initial review, the company reached out and processed a refund. However, the core issue remains unresolved.
The cleaner arrived, completed minimal work, then left and canceled the appointment without attempting to address concerns directly. Instead, the situation was escalated in a way that resulted in an unnecessary CPS report.
CPS evaluated my home and confirmed that my children are safe, healthy, and remain in my care. The only concern noted was general cleanliness—precisely the reason I hired a cleaning service in the first place.
In follow-up communication, the company suggested I provide documentation from a “pest service,” despite there being no pest issue. I have cats in my home, and implying otherwise is inaccurate and unprofessional.
This experience reflects a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inappropriate escalation. A cleaning service should not abandon a job and trigger a situation that causes unnecessary stress for a family.
While the refund was processed, it does not address the impact of what occurred. I would strongly encourage others to consider this before using the service.

I booked the 4 hour cleaning for 4/8 at 10 AM. The cleaner assigned me contacted me at 9:10 AM to reschedule. We agreed on the next day 4/9 at 10 AM. The cleaner never showed up nor did she call or text me. I went on the customer service site and stated she didn't show up and it said to ask for an ETA which I did. Nothing happened,. Since there was no cleaning preformed and they did not do as they said they would I want my membership cancelled and my money refunded with no extra charges. This is a scam

Its a dispatching and scheduling service to find cleaners.
But they charge fees and tack on for literally every single thing. Not just a monthly membership fee.

Booked a 6 hour "deep clean" and had a highly rated cleaner come by. He mopped, vacuumed, and I guess wiped down some counters? And said he was done. I had to be like "Wait shoudn't you dust things? Clean the toilet? Inside the fridge, the baseboards? We paid for 6 hours of cleaning!" and was told yeah no, all those things are extra. I know they advertise cheap cleanings but we explicitly paid for the highest tier of cleaning and received nothing. We'll be seeking a refund (though we will of course tip our cleaner as it's not his fault the platform is faulty).

I just want to speak with someone on the phone to get a better understanding of how it works

There is a hidden membership fee apparently that was not mentioned at all when I signed up for the first cleaning service. When I try to cancel, it's a $170 additional fee for "early termination" which is hilarious considering that I never consented to this. Additionally, this company double charged me for the first cleaning, and I have initiated a chargeback process.

Just a heads up! when your 6-month subscription is up, you can’t just unsubscribe. You also have to go in and turn off recurring cleanings. You’d think one step would cover it! I feel bad for anyone who isn’t super comfortable with computers.

They are THIEVES. Deceitful people. The $19 is not a 3hour cleaning voucher. It is a 6 months $60 per month subscription disguised as a $19 voucher only. They did it intentionally because that’s the only way to steal your money. If I want a 6 month subscription I would ask and sign up for a 6 month subscription. But they want to take more money for 3 hour job. THIEVES, stay away from them.

I formerly worked as a cleaner for this company. Thought that it would be easy money. Eventually reached the role of Top Cleaner…which meant that I had multiple 5 star ratings and repeat customers request.
Maintained Top Cleaner for the entire month that I was there. Accepted a 3hr job not far from my home one day. It was a single family home…by far the filthiest house I’d ever seen. The customer wanted me to do her bedroom, a bathroom, and common areas.
Her bedroom had a large spilling of stew that had been there for weeks. The bathroom was diabolical. The shower had caulking that was so old that it was turning orange/brown. I explained to the customer that the shower needs new caulking, and there’s nothing I can do about cleaning the caulking. She refused to accept.
After the 3hrs was up, she inspected everything…as if she believed her home was going to be brand new. This home needed far more than a 3hrs cleaning…more like an 10hr cleaning.
She gave me a 1 star review, which I didn’t mind because my other reviews clearly show how well I do these cleaning jobs. I’ve been a Top Cleaner for a month. Do you know that Homeaglow deactivated my account?…on her review alone…without taking anything else into consideration. Thats when I knew something wasn’t right about this company. Combined with the fact that multiple customers had already been complaining that it was a scam because they keep receiving random charges that don’t align with any service provided. DON’T use the company for your cleaning needs! DON’T clean for this company either! You’ll be at the mercy of the customer if they aren’t satisfied…even if the expectation is unrealistic

I responded to the 19.00 homeaglow home cleaning. The immediately scheduled me for a 3 hour cleaning inspite of the fact I was only interested in the special. 1/2 hour before my appointment the cleaner wanted to change cleaning time which I agreed. Little did I know I should have cancelled homeaglow. The job they did was bad. The cleaner asked me for cleaning supplies. My stove was missed completely. She missed multiple areas in my bathroom hardware wasn’t shined. No dusting! The experience was horrible. I will never use them again and you should beware of them as well.
Update-HOMEAGLOW contacted me about the poor service I received. They offered to give me a credit for a 3 hour cleaning in the future. I wish they would have felt bad enough to return my hard earned money.

DO NOT USE THEM
DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT USE THEM! IT IS A SCAM! THEY ARE WORSE THAN THE MORMONS OR JW! THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE AND CONTINUEOUSLY CHARGE YOUR CARD! THEY ONLY WAY OUT IS DEATH OR YOUR CC EXPIRING!

Do not use this service. They are using clickbait saying it is a $19 cleaning, but when you call to schedule, it is high pressure sales and trying to get you to sign up for a subscription. The "one time special" is over $100. They will also call you excessively even when you tell them you aren’t using their service.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking them. You definitely get what you pay for ($19 worth of cleaning) AND THEN pay for more!! I was NOT advised I was signing up for a membership and that I would NOT be able to cancel it without paying a whopping $120. This is a dubious business practice to say the least! Furthermore though my cleaner was sweet and tried her best, she does not clean well and I had to do the work over. She arrived at 8:30am covered in dog hair which was my first clue...smdh! And of course I cant find a number to call and speak to anyone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Its NOT $19!!!!!!!!!!

Reply from Homeaglow
Scammers that never give up and must be stopped. They take 19.00 from CC and after cleaner leaves, they charge unauthorized 69.00. Then they do not respond to complaint and if you cancel they charge additional 105.00 to the card they have with or without authorization
