I’m extremely disappointed with the agents from this company. Their behaviour felt very fake and unprofessional.

I had appointments with two different agents. The first one gave us misleading pricing — a property that is still listed on the website for £1,270 was told to us as £1,570.

The second agent was also very disorganised. One time, they grouped me with another person who was looking for a three-bedroom property, while I was clearly looking for a one-bedroom flat. This wasted a lot of my time, as I had to sit through viewings that were not relevant to me before seeing anything suitable. I don’t mind group viewings, but only if everyone is looking for similar properties.

Another time, the same agent called me just 20 minutes before the viewing to say the property was already gone, even though it was still listed on the website.

Also, the photos on the website seem to be purely for marketing and don’t reflect the real condition of the flats. This caused me to waste both time and money travelling to view properties that looked completely different in reality.

Avoid, never use these people. Awful experience, couldn’t tell the truth and left a poor review on my business account when I complained.

Antria was an agent that was very knowledgeable about the different apartmentd and was able to provide insight that most agents aren’t able to. She asks questions to figure out what options work best for you. It was nice for a change as we had been to so many different viewing which had been tiresome. We ended up finding a great place with Antria and can’t wait to move in.

Caitlin is an absolute asset. We had an excellent experience with her from start to finish. From the very first viewing, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the apartments, the building, and the overall process. She took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and honestly, and never made us feel rushed or unsure at any point.

What really stood out was her support after the viewing. Caitlin stayed in touch throughout the application process (even though her part of the process was done), guided us whenever we had questions, and was always approachable and reassuring. Her communication and professionalism made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. She went above and beyond her duties.

Thanks to her dedication and support, we successfully secured the apartment. We’re genuinely grateful for all her help and would highly recommend Caitlin to anyone looking for a place.

Subscribed to receive information about a property in London. Over the following week I was harassed with AI phone calls from different numbers, multiple times a day.

I withdrew consent to be contacted, yet they still persisted with the barrage of calls.

Great experience with Zeeco, super friendly and warm and really convinced us.

I had a great experience at Enclave Croydon c/o Homemade Agency. The tour was smooth and well-organized, and the overall atmosphere of the property was welcoming and modern. Zeeco was a cool and very accommodating tour guide—friendly, patient, and happy to answer all questions. He explained everything clearly and made the viewing comfortable and stress-free. Overall, a positive experience and I’d recommend booking a tour, especially with Zeeco.
