Horrible

So, I came across this website idk how. But I made a purchase for a fetal Doppler, it took forever to come. I sent an email asking where it was. I wonder if that’s the only reason I got it. Half the order was missing, another week to get the gel. Product was cheap and not even good.

Never received orders for webcam and LED ring light after 3 weeks of waiting for order that was promised in 2-5 days. They never responded to emails or return calls to their "Google phone" account.

Did not receive item.

Wish I would have done my research before ordering. I've been waiting 2 months and have never received my item. I did get a reply to my complaint that they would look into why I did not receive my order. That was a month ago and still nothing.
Do NOT order from Home Essentials.

SCAM?

Ordered a garden kneeler. The site looks legit. And said would send a e-mail when shipped. However, I looked on trustpilot and saw all the negative reviews..every one! I became concerned and e-mailed the company twice. No reply. They could be out of business for all I know. Disputed the charge with my credit card company. I was refunded my money almost immediately. So, the credit card company must of known this home essential wasn't legit because I never received a credit from them so fast.

Definitely a Scam

Ordered RGB lights on May 14th and still have not received them as of July 16th. Takes them a week to return emails and don't even bother calling them as I'm pretty sure the voicemail system is a ruse. Just call your bank and start a dispute for your purchase. My bank refunded me the full amount.
