STAY AWAY! Unprofessional, liars, and absolute nightmares!!!
Save your money and your sanity AVOID HOMAY HEALTH AT ALL COSTS. This was by far the worst, most stressful experience I’ve ever had with a business. From start to finish, they were shady, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful.
First of all the cash handling is sketchy. They counted my money and claimed I was short which I absolutely wasn't. But then they said they’d just go ahead with the procedure anyway? Red flag right off the bat.
I was super stressed and told them I needed my husband by my side. They said no, then changed their mind and said yes. Since I’d been wanting to get my eyebrows done for a long time and they said no refund after just taking my cash I agreed to go through with it.. But the second we got into the room they flipped the script and told him he had to leave after a few minutes. Then while she was working on me they literally lied to my face and said she was texting my husband updates to let him know I was okay. When I mentioned it to my husband he showed me his phone and there wasn't a single text.
They claim this procedure is painless but I was in INTENSE PAIN and uncomfortable the entire time. Meanwhile the staff wouldn't stop gossiping in their own language and to top it off some random man just walked right into the room to look at my eyebrows. It was incredibly invasive and annoying.
The worst part is the absolute violation of privacy. She kept filming me, claiming it was strictly for "medical records" and swore up and down it wouldn't go on social media. The VERY NEXT DAY they posted the videos online. I paid for a service and now they are using my face for free advertising against my will. I have messaged them repeatedly telling them to take it down and they have completely ghosted me.
My eyebrows still hurt so bad and I am incredibly stressed out by how messy and dishonest these people are.
