Very bad service..very arrogant response from customer service too.

Homafy has a product on its website where photographs are converted into oil paintings and can be considered as a great gift. However, they don't know the difference between a painting and a photo and they just printed my given photo, framed it and sent it to the receiver. Imagine my embarrassment when they asked me why did you send a random photo in a big frame to us!!! I told them it was supposed to be an oil painting and I will get it rectified, but even after following up for more than a week, Homafy denied to accept its mistake and didn't even refund the money, forget about exchanging the product which I was ready to do. Worst experience ever! Do not ever order from this website if you don't want headache.

Very pathetic service. They will take your money and they will not delivered on time even if you’re following many many times, I once your big day is over then they will deliver it. Please request you to help me to get my refund very bad customer service. Her name is Sakshi very rude and last 3 days I followed up with them. Please help me to get my refund or delivery before 7th.

Homafy delivered wrong product. On contacting the cusomer care they are not replying properly.

Will advice everyone to not to purchase any product from homafy.

This is the worst app,i ordered oil painting but it is completely different when it reaches me, when i contact them, they are not even responding to the mails. Plz dont order any oil painting it is waste of money. I am telling with the experience which i have faced, really very very bad app, dnt purchase anything

This site is full of cheaters first of all they are not loyal to customer.Sent broken photoframe to me when I reported to customer care they are asking for opening video and telling this is the policy. Now who the hell will do unboxing video for one photoframe!!!!!!PLS BE AWARE OF THIS KIND OF CHEATING WEBSITE>>>>>>

I ordered a women's Clutch from these people and they sent me a 50rs pesticide bottle and later refused to refund it. I am going to File a Fraud case against this company.

The most horrible service from you, sending the order 2months late, additional charges for no reason and to top it all the order is not as per I needed , clearly didn't follow the instructions that I mentioned while ordering. Will definitely tell whomever I know not to order from you.

They didn’t know where is order and not help to customer all time told that the don’t know delivery partner no.

I ordered a frame which was received broken
and now that we are telling them to do something about it they are not responding properly..there’s no after sales service
disappointed…won’t recommend.

Pathetic tracking process, they take insanely long delivery time. Will never recommend anyone.

The product was exactly the same as shown in the image. BUT, the frame was broken and it's been a month and repetitive calls, emails have been sent but none of them were answered properly. After sales service needs to be looked after!!!
