Good Quality Product

Christmas Village cable car.
I was very happy with this product - a great addition to my existing Christmas Village.
Rapid delivery, well packed and helpful customer service.
I love these miniature town and village scenes and the models I have bought from Holyart brighten up the festive season and delight everyone!

I have made many purchases on this site…

I have made many purchases on this site for several years; especially for Christmas decorations. Never had any problems. On the contrary, I've always been amazed by the quality and the magnificence of the articles ordered. In conclusion, a trustworthy and great site!

Hi, statue byed in December

Hi,
I bought a statue in December (Joseph for Christmas crib) and I payed it but I’ve never received it.
You asked me to pay it but
28,90€ were payed on 24 of December.

A courier who breaks their contract

No problem at all with the products or the speed of delivery, but your choice of carrier is 100% unacceptable. I paid for delivery to my home, but La Poste made no attempt to do so and left the packet at a collection point. This was very difficult for me as I am 81 years old. Also they have broken the contract they had with me. What redress do I have? And how do you intend to prevent this in future?

one item was broken

hi,
I got everything I ordered and it was great!
However, one of the Angels had the top of its wing broken (it was a terracotta or clay)
I had to color it with Acrylic as we had no time to return it and it was embarrassing when my friend got it.
the item was : 1 x Ange blond crèche napolitaine 45 cm terre cuite tissu piédestal

Never again!

Never again!

I've purchased few incenses from them and are not bad honestly.
Due to the horrible customer service, I have to leave this review and after such a really poor customer service experience.

Paid a charge to have the order in 3/7 days I've received it after 12 days.
After I've replied to an email from the customer service and explaining in details all the timing and the reason for my disappointment they still were trying to mention always the same Covid/Brexit issues excuse without paying attention that the order was prepared and shipped "just" after 5 days from the order when it supposed to leave the same day having paid through amazon at 11:26:57 GMT so at 12:26 Italian time and long before the normal cut-off time.

Forget they will respect the "within 24 hours from order placement" as reported on their terms and conditions.

So basically you do need to pay extra to have this type of service without even an apology.

Alessandra, you missed an opportunity to make at least at the end the things right.
