Everyone I came into contact with at Holts was incredibly helpful and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Marianne in particular was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond, taking the time to explain to me everything about buying my first diamond.

Before committing to a ring with Alicja and her team (Amy), I consulted a few different specialists around Hatton Garden. I found their approach at Holts Gems to be welcoming and informative as well as being able to offer the appropriate expert advice when it was needed most. Each stage of the process of designing the ring was done with utmost care and availability of options to suit my requirements so I felt like I was able to create exactly what I wanted but at the same time knowing that the team would guide me when I needed it.

We chose Holts because they have such a brilliant selection of coloured sapphires. Marianne carefully shortlisted such beautiful stones for me it was almost impossible to choose. She was helpful and friendly, and never pushy. I love my ring. I can't stop staring at it! With Holts, you feel like you are paying for expertise, quality and choice, not a flashy showroom or brand. Authentic Hatton Garden experience.

The ring is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The team at Holts were very knowledgeable, kind and helpful and I felt the entire experience was very smooth. An excellent experience designing a special necklace for our 25th anniversary. They were very helpful and collaborative, open to suggestions, and checking design elements with us at every step. A very meticulous process. A beautiful and well crafted piece was made, adjusted to fit exactly as we wanted. It was a pleasure to work with them and we love the necklace!

Excellent Service and advice.
Having visited a number of jewellery stores in Hatton Garden we found our experience at Holts to be a refreshing experience. Alicja's knowledge, experience and advice were so helpful in finding the perfect stones and creating our engagement ring. We were after a specific cut of diamond which the team at Holts sourced for us. Alicja made the whole process seamless and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Holts team to anyone.

I was originally looking for an emerald ring as a gift for my girlfriend, however the extremely knowledgable team at Holts Gems guided me towards looking at Garnets. I didn't know much about gems and have very limited jewellery knowledge, but the team were so kind and helpful in advising me every step of the way without being patronising or making it intimidating. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy jewellery to take a look at Holts Gems. Fantastic service, lovely team, and I now have a very happy girlfriend!
