Hollins Removals & Storage Reviews

Gareth took all the worry out of a job to move some pre-loved limestone slabs from my Father in laws. He had the right vehicle and equipment to do the job in one trip and the man power to spread the burden of moving 2 tonnes of materials. Not an orthodox removal, by any means: but Gareth and his team had the capability and capacity to turn the job around quickly and efficiently.

Major plus points for the comms - he was really clear on when and where he would be. Left me with no doubt that I will be using his services again in the future.

The whole team are fantastic, all go above and beyond ...you could do no better than these marvellous guys...Jason..Gareth..

We had a lot of messing around before our removal date was finally confirmed and thank goodness we were able to use Gareth's services. He, Jay and his team were both professional and friendly. They know exactly what they are doing and Gareth must be an exceptional player at Tetrus as he packed his trucks brilliantly. One of the main reasons for the 5 star rating was that they went about their work with out fuss or complaint. Gareth in particular insisted we relax and let them do the work. This was very welcome at the end of a very difficult house sale. I would use them again without hesitation and strongly recommend them to anyone moving anything.

Absolutely first class. I live in the Middle East and needed packaging and removal and these guys just took care of it. These guys do exactly what you need - just take care of it for me, thanks. Done. I asked for a little extra favour and it was done too. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Don’t bother searching out alternative quotes; get the best, and that’s these guys. Thank you so much Jay and Gareth and team. I’ll call you when I next need moving. Thanks again.

Fantastic service !
Gareth and Jay, really professional guys, who made the move totally stress free! I will use again and highly recommend to friends and family.

From first contact to request a quote (found company on Facebook), Gareth and Team were very responsive and promptly visited to talk through my removal needs. Gareth kept in contact whilst waiting for exchange and completion and gave me confidence that everything would be ok. It’s been 17 years since I last moved house and lots of changes etc.

On moving day Gareth, Jay and the Team were super organised, professional and took great care of my possessions. Nothing was too much trouble, you could tell they are a Team that works well together on the day and logistically planned to make unloading at my new house run smoothly. Highly recommend this company for a professional and friendly experience. Whilst I only moved half a mile a way, they took the stress out of the day. Thank you!

Great guys very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Thanks guys I'm sure I'll be seeing you again.

Thanks Guys, professional, friendly, very helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely recommend 👍👍👍- lovely to meet you all also 😊

Gareth, Jay and the whole team have been absolutely superb. They were patient, kind and flexible with me when there were some unexpected delays and really offered a personalised service from start to finish. All my questions were answered very quickly and positively before the move, and on the day my belongings were handled with care and attention. The whole team really took care to make sure I was comfortable and at ease with what was happening, even down to making sure everything was as I wanted it in the new house. Amazing. I would highly recommed using Hollins Removals and Storage, a friendly and professional company. Thank you to the whole team.

What a great removals company! Plenty of help before the move and really efficient on the day. Good value too. Polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you, Gareth, Jay and the team.

Great professional and reliable service - quick and friendly - couldn't wish for better!! Will use again.

Excellent service! Cannot recommend more highly! Super professional, extremely competitively priced, all-round nice guys. Really went the extra mile to help me.

Great service from this company - I can thoroughly recommend them. They were so helpful, even collecting my furniture on a Sunday. I then needed an extra week of storage and again, no problem. If you're looking for removals and storage with great service and at a competitive price, then look no further.

Gareth, Jay and Tim were fab. They made the process of packing up our house and moving as painfree and stress-free as possible. They were very professional and really nice guys. They really made our move go as smoothly as possible and we would recommend them to anyone.

Gareth and Jay arrived with their team bang on time! From the word go we felt reassured that the move was in very good hands, although I perhaps didn't show it at the time as my stress levels were off the scale! The whole team worked very hard and brilliantly together and nothing was too much trouble. Gareth and Jay were extremely calm and relaxed as they guided their team. We are so grateful to them all for a first class job and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hollins Removals to anyone. Thanks everyone, you were fantastic, maybe see you in the pub one day and we'll get you a drink for doing such a great job!! Cheers Alusia and Mike

Gareth and his team were efficient, kind, considerate, flexible and thoroughly nice people who did everything possible to make the move as stress free. They were upbeat and reassuring each time there was a change and delay in our removal arrangements. The whole move, which was long distance, and took 2 days was carried out with great care and compassion and to make things even better, very affordable. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend them.

Gareth and Jay were great. Hard-working, pleasant, flexible guys who made everything work smoothly on the day. Good communications in advance of the move and the icing on the cake was that they even arranged for flat cleaning and rubbish disposal afterwards.

Excellent service and good price. The whole day went so smoothly thanks to the efficient service.

Hollins Removals were happy to move me from Newton-le-Willows to Crewe and even tackled some complicated wardrobes. I didn't have to do a thing which really helped on the day.

Thanks again for your efficient and friendly help.

We chose Hollins Removals because they were local and offered us good value at a fair price. We were really pleased that we went with Hollins because their service and professionalism was excellent. It made our moving day much less stressful - and they seem to be a decent bunch too. Jay & Gareth consulted us throughout the day and they were very focused on doing a good job for us.

We particularly liked the way they protected our furniture - taking care with fragile items and made sure there were no breakages or damages done. Whenever an item of ours had a scratch or chip they politely showed it to us so we wouldn't assume the damage was done in the move.

Everything ran very smoothy. They packed and moved us really well and we couldn't thank them enough. Great job!

A very professional team of hard-working gentlemen who provided a smooth transfer of my goods. The most stressful thing in the world is a move but this team did their utmost to ease my mind. Well done H.R.S. Removals.
