I am absolutely disgusted with this company . I bought some more of their cider apple vinegar gummies ........now these have always said with the mother on. the packaging . so I received my gummies and they have changed the packaging and now it does NOT mention that its with THE MOTHER anywhere on the packaging. On the website it does say with the mother I have contacted them on this matter and sent in photos and did not get a reply !. so I phoned again and spoke to a man who looked it all up and agreed the package did not have THE MOTHER on it . I asked for my money to be returned as as far as I am concerned the product I have bought is NOT AS ADVERTISED !! As far as I am concerned it does NOT contain THE MOTHER in it . this man insisted it did but I only have his word for this . He refused to return my money . THIS IS DISGUSTING ! I think it could be taken that I have been mis sold a product . I will never buy from this company again and will be looking into taking this issue further .

Online shopping with H&B…
I have only used the H&B website twice but on both occasions I was able to order the products I wanted. They are a little more expensive than what I could get in other stores but the quality is excellent and delivery took much less time than I had anticipated. I will be shopping again.

You have stores in Tesco Ireland, and liffey Valley, Staff in both stores very helpful and pleasant, great variety of products. Only criticism I cannot ever get Solgar B. Vitamins in stores, although you stock other Solgar products. Love your stores always.

I needed advice on certain vitamins
I needed advice on certain vitamins, having been ill and run down. Had I been left to my own devices, I most certainly would have left the shop with the wrong products. I had only been browsing momentarily when a store assistant came to advise me. I explained to her what I needed and she took me to exactly the correct supplements, advised me of the special offers and even set up the H&B app as I only had the plastic card. She was kind, friendly and super helpful. H&B will be my 'go to' for health products going forward. (I am unable to reply to H&B. The store was Dundalk, Ireland).

I used the online app to place my first order. I won't use it again. My order was delivered on time. I knew immediately when I lifted the box that something was wrong. The contents of one of the bags of Golden Flaxseed were scattered throughout the box. I took photos and attached them to my complaint email. I was refunded the item's cost and issued a voucher for my next online order. I replied that I won't be ordering online again and would like to use the voucher at my local H&B shop. I became frustrated with the same replies and gave up. I have no problem with my local H&B, the staff are very helpful and kind, but the online site is so impersonal
