After coming across a few issues

After coming across a few issues, they were resolved very quickly and the customer service was great. Fantastic pricing aswell as checking qualifications to help industry standard increase.

Very disappointing dealing with Liz

Very disappointing dealing with Liz. A colleague told me about them, unfortunately Liz asked me for documents (which I provided) that they never asked my colleague to provide. Liz was extremely slow and it seems to me that she had no clue how to deal with the information provided. I should have checked the Trustpilot before I wasted so much time with Liz. It took only 30 minutes to join my new insurer. I would not recommend Holistic Insurance to any other professionals.

Holistic Insurance Services are an…

Holistic Insurance Services are an amazing business. I have had a few queries over the last few months and they have replied within hours and sorted out my query quickly and in a friendly and professional manner. The portal is very user-friendly so I can access my paperwork whenever I need to. I would thoroughly recommend them to any therapists/counsellors that want to be insured with peace of mind.

I have used Holistic Insurance Services…

I have used Holistic Insurance Services for over 10 years. Although i have never needed to claim , HIS is excellent, superb personal service, professional and friendly and cost effective, in an ever changing world this is a constant in mine , many thanks john james New Salsa

supporting the shady

What do you do when you want to make a claim of negligence against someone who has admitted to being insured by HIS? Well it’s harder than Fiort Knox especially if the ‘therapist’ concerned has lied about what actually happened so that Gemma and Annie don’t feel it’s an insurance matter. You don’t actually get to state your side of things and they just hide behind the usual bullpoo?

You can’t put a claim in yourself, the therapist has to. Even when you have months of paperwork and a trail of conversations proving the therapist has lied HIS don’t want to know. No statement is sought from the person making the claim, no checks that their therapist has actually been truthful. Clearly this ‘system’ need overhauling to make it a little fairer and much less skewed!

Having twice reported this ‘therapist’ to the FHT of which she is a member it’s ironic that her insurance doesn’t want to know. Another reason that some holistic practices should be tegulated and meanwhile this ‘therapist’ is free to carry on ripping off unsuspecting clients, supported by an equally shady insurance company ...

Tried to arrange cover they said they …

Tried to arrange cover they said they provided on their website.

Contacted them several times

Had my insurance cancelled as I did not provide documents I phoned up and explained to then why I did not have or need the documents. At this point they still had not decided if they would cover me.
