Head ache in delivery!
I can not import my products from customs because they send only ‘order confirmation’ instead of a proper invoice PDF. They did not even inform me about that customs process is needed for an order over 150€ to Spain from USA (maybe it isn’t their responsibility okay) my products were not cost over 150 but they had added shipping fee 31$ (I’ve paid total 170$) as if products’ cost. Now I have neck ache although paid advance express courier. It has been taken more than 2 weeks, still waiting customs’ reply after I submitted a bulk of paper to be able to prove “that liquid is supplement for personal health usage” with my all tax data and history. I do not recommend ever never forever! Note: When I ask the real invoice, they still send order confirmation again and again. I submitted my bank movements to customs to prove it. Who knows it will work or not.
