Holistic Beauty is a very warm, cosy and relaxing clinic. The atmosphere is friendly, professional and zen like. You feel instantly relaxed when you enter. The staff is very professional and friendly. I have regular customised facials combined with a fantastic relaxing massage. I feel great afterwards and my skin is glowing. I always look forward to my treatment. I especially love the fact that I can totally relax and not have to chat all the time.
Holistic beauty is highly recommended.

The atmosphere is extremely relaxing with meditative music and furniture, light and decorations supporting the comfortable vibe. You get treatment in a room all by yourself which separates this place from many others. You really feel the focus is all on you.
The only minor drawback is that I felt my browlamination made a few of the hairs have weird shape.

I recently visited Holistic Beauty and while I was pleased with the cleanliness of the clinic and the treatment itself, my experience with the staff left something to be desired. While most of the team were polite, their demeanour felt insincere and forced. It was clear that their friendly attitudes were more for show than for genuine customer service.

However, one staff member was condescending towards me, which was very off-putting. Their behaviour made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and I would hesitate to return as a result.

Additionally, towards the end of my treatment, the staff member tried to nudge me into purchasing expensive skincare products. While I understand that this is a common practice in many beauty clinics, I found it off-putting and felt like I was being pressured into spending more money.

Overall, I cannot recommend Holistic Beauty based on my experience. While the treatment itself was fine, the poor customer service and pushy sales tactics left me feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return. I hope the clinic can take this feedback on board and make improvements for future customers.

I am going to Holistic Beauty for about half a year now and I am very happy with sugaring services I get. I have been to different masters several times and was always happy. Very fast and efficient service. I’ve also got good recommendation on the face product, which I am using for a week now and my skin is extremely happy since all the redness from the changing weather is almost gone.
