If I could give zero stars I would. PLEASE BEWARE of their refund policy. I cancelled an order about 10 minutes after ordering, received a email that it was cancelled, I never received my refund, sent several emails regarding my refund which was never received. I had to reach out to PayPal start a dispute claim. PayPal investigated for me, PayPal reimbursed me.

Ordered bag for my mom, she picked out a carved floral bag, what we received was not. Not carved, and Bible book is spelled incorrectly. Tried to email within a day of receiving product and have not heard back. Definitely disappointed on the product received for the price tag.

Made in China
My wife really likes the bag. I received an excessive amount of marketing emails. Also, I received an email with a picture of “Tom” that is supposedly their “artisan.” The tracking information shows that the bag originated in China. The man in the picture is definitely not Chinese. Why so misleading? I don’t care that the bag came from China.

Quick Replacement
I ordered a bag that I loved. When it arrived, I was crushed. The beautiful saying was not printed well on one side of the bag. I took pictures of the two sides and immediately notified Customer Service. They agreed the bag should not have passed quality control. I was told they would send a new bag, but it would take 20 - 25 days. I received the new bag today, and it is beautiful! It took less than two weeks to receive the replacement. This company is awesome!

Omg I love it. The nameplate was not brass as I expected but I ordered the synthetic leather instead of the real leather. My name was printed on the bag instead. Thats fine. I cannot wait to take this bag out. I specifically got it to carry my textbooks and laptop and everything fits.

This bag was a big disappointment
This bag was a big disappointment. Yes it fits what I need but the design is just printed on the leather and it's cheap leather as well. This product is not worth the price I have gotten much nicer bags for cheaper at the flea market. The reviews are not real.
