Laura provided an excellent personalised service and helped us find the perfect hotel for our recent holiday in Mykonos. We would highly recommend booking with Holirays.

No notes for this whole experience! We used Laura to take away the fuss of looking for a holiday in the Caribbean and Laura did just that!

Laura made the booking a holiday process so easy and was so accommodating with back and forth on dates hotels etc. I could not recommend her service anymore and will defintely be using again in the future!

Holirays took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our holiday and delivered on every detail. Whenever we needed to check something or make a change, holirays were quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. The whole process felt seamless and stress-free, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

We had a holiday to the Maldives booked in March 2026. Laura listened to all of our requests and came up with several different options for us to choose from, all of which matched our price point and interests. Unfortunately, it was cancelled due to the regional unrest in the ME, however Laura was great during this time. She kept us up to date with information and how to proceed if the flights/hotel were cancelled etc. Although we’re obviously sad the holiday has not happened, we are thankful for Laura’s help to get a full refund on both the flights and hotel. I would definitely reach out to Holirays again in the future and hope that we can get to the Maldives at some point!

What can I say....outstanding, fabulous, fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable. The service Laura provided was everything we hoped for. Everything about this trip was amazing, to everything being set up, all the final details being confirmed, any extra stuff you wanted or questions you had would be answered and sorted straight away, this company couldn’t do any more for you if they tried that’s why I will be using again for sure

From start to finish Laura’s care, attention & service was exceptional. We didn’t know where we wanted to go & she found some absolutely amazing places that we would have never considered if we hadn’t used her. The hotel blew us away as did the sleep Italian city we visited. It was very clear from the start that Laura actually cared about where we went & that we had the best time. We only gave her a week to find our holiday, so we were so impressed that she managed to find a hidden gem just for us.
