General cleaning is lacking. But the place is beautiful. Pool is well maintained, close to Calpe town we paid 20 euros for taxi. very secure, mattress too hard

It was fast and very straightforward…
It was fast and very straightforward when booking with a company I have never before used. I will write an honest review after my return. Having used another well known booking.com type agent in the past we have been very disappointed with the quality of the accommodation. Let's hope this one fits the description as per the photos and location. KP

A great find!
The house was in a lovely quiet spot with great views and a lovely pool. The owners were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend for those that want to be able to unwind in peace. We will go back again.

I booked accommodation in London for 2 nights in April for May.
When I booked it was advertised as free cancellation before 8th May.
I booked the accommodation, no issues, and received the confirmation. The money was taken by Guest Ready who's property it was.
At the end if April i decided I wanted to cancel the accommodation, as I found something a bit more centre.
I went into my booking via the holidu app & it said i had to contact Guest Ready. I did this & was told I wasn't able to get the free cancellation, as the cut off date had expired in April. I told Guest Ready it was advertised by Holidu as 8th May but they said their T & C's was 10th April.
I ended up going backwards & forwards between the 2 companies, as kept getting told to contact the other company. In the end I asked Holidi to sort this out, as I considered it was their fault, as this is who I booked with & this is where I saw the date for free cancellation.
During the investigation I had no contact from Holidu. All I got was AI responses which was very frustrating. It seemed impossible to get a real person to respond.
It took nearly 7-10 days to finally get a response to tell me what was happening & I finally got my refund of £727.
The customer service of Holidu was very poor.
