Good service after a very slow start

First phone call took 20 minutes to answer - due to massive call peaks, of course. When I got through the service was excellent. Not too happy about having to pay the full amount a year before we travel, but the reviews are solid so we'll go with it.

Cancellation process

The booking process is very easy however if you have to cancel for any reason BEWARE!! I initially requested two alternatives - to move to another tour or to cancel. I was told this would take 90 days but, after 90 days I contacted them again to be told I had not given instructions to cancel. Never once did they offer me an alternative to move to another tour. The cancellation process took over 4 months and the fees they charged were astronomical. The whole process has left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend these guys to anyone!!!

The service has been great so far

The service has been great so far. Haven’t been on the holiday yet. However the over all experience has been pleasant. Maybe a few more phone calls during the booking process would be nice. How ever we are in the era of message and email.

I feel paying for the holiday 14 months in advance is a big ask, I would have been happier paying 6months in advance as I have already paid the deposit
