The caravan was spotless and roomy comfortable beds great WiFi access for the kids, as well as lots of movies to choose from had a fab movie night thanks to them can’t wait to go back 😊

We’ll just back from staying at Brixham’s South Bay Caravan Park and the accommodation from Holidayhomes4rent.co.uk was really good.
The caravan although slightly on the older side was very welcoming and really clean and has obviously been well looked after. One thing we were surprised at was that inside there was a welcoming basket of goodies including cereals, milk, sugar with biscuits and a bag of mints and I must say we thought this to be really special.
We would definitely recommend booking a caravan from Holidayhomes4rent.co.uk as their communication with you is great and what was offered for the price we paid was fantastic. Thank you.

Really great holiday, loved the caravan so spacious, one of the best caravans I have ever stayed in, ( there has been a few).
Great base to look around the area, throughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish.
The owner was very helpful with messages along the way.

We recieved a txt to say our caravan was ready earlier than expected so we were able to go straight there. The caravan was lovely really homely and cosy. We had a slight issue with some dirty bedding but once Allan was contacted it was sorted within 30 mins. The beds are really comfy. We had a lovely little welcome hamper which was a lovely touch. Would definately recommend to stay in this caravan.

We stayed in Glenmoor 41 and the caravan was extremely clean and well maintained. All dealings with Allan were fantastic. Communication was responsive and prompt. We will definitely book again!

Lovely comfortable caravan with everything you need for a great holiday. Friendly campsite and good club. Brixham and surrounding areas are beautiful to explore.

From the time of booking to the holiday itself the communication from Alan the owner was so helpful and welcoming.
The van itself was beautiful and in a prime position facing the sea and a great view of the steam trains passing by.
Would definitely recommend and hope to be back next year.
The only thing I would say and this is no reflection on Alan and his caravan more for the park is that since the refurbishment of the new bar and indoor pool which is beautiful the price for a week's pass for pool is £15 for children and ,£25 for adults. This seams a little expensive for 7 days. We only decided to swim on day 5 however after asking the reception they still insisted in full price. Just a suggestion people may be more inclined to pay a daily rate as and when. Especially if you have more than 2 children. Never the less brilliant stay!

Booked as a late deal Allan was very accommodating from our initial enquiry right up to the minute we left a week later

We had a fabulous week at Waterside. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable with stunning views of the English Riviera, our 5 year old loved watching the steam trains passing by! Facilities at the park included a newly refurbished bar and indoor pool (costs for weekly passes were £35 for adults and £25 for children) there was also a small park for children. There was a small shop stocking essentials however we walked 10 mins down the road to the local SPAR which had everything we required. The site was peaceful with parking directly outside the accommodation and was in a prime spot for exploring the area. It was walking distance to Goodrington beach and further to Paignton sea front which had something for everyone including the pier, fairground and a circus. Paignton Zoo is also only 10 mins drive with Morrisons next to it. A 30 min drive took us to Kents Cavern and Babbacome Model Village in Torquay. We also took a steam train to Kingswear which included a short boat trip across the River Dart. We booked last minute but all information required was promptly given for directions and access and we particularly liked the welcome hamper provided - this was a lovely touch! All in all this accommodation is highly recommended and would definitely stay here again. Thank you again Allan.

Thank you so much for your wonderful service, we visited in August for a week and had a superb time. The caravan was lovely and spacious, with plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out and relax. The site is great, with a good play area, pool complex and bar area (plenty of entertainment for the children).

This is the 3rd year staying with this company 2nd year in the same caravan great value for money lovely well equipped modern caravan on a lovely little site and a bonus lovely hamper on arrival aswell many thanks

A lovely caravan in a quiet location with a beautiful view out on the decking area. Very relaxing. Just what I needed. The caravan was very clean. It had home comforts like essentials in the hamper which was much appreciated as I could have a nice cup of tea on arrival. A good selection of dvds to watch. Would love to stay again and would recommend. 5*

My husband and I had a lovely week here. The caravan was clean and comfortable. Amazing sea view from the living room and decking. We spent pleasant moments sitting on decking looking at the sea and the steam train passing. Kitchen was well equipped with everything apart from pasta bowls. Ambient lighting on decking and around the TV. Can't wait to come back
