The call was helpfull

I don’t know how it happened but they managed to activate a monthly subscription with my parents’ credit card

Once contacted they said that the only way this happened is to willingly create an account and activate the (useless) subscription. It’s very odd since we would never use a website like that to buy shorts or suitcases

What made my experience great. Initially i was a smooth sailing, tho i stambled on the website in error. I reached out i spoke with a young lady who advice me everything would be canceled. She informed the registered refund is not refundable which i understood, however, the charge off my bank account for the top up was surprising to me. I was told it cant be refunded, however the situation would be escalated. Indeed it was escalated very quickly to my surprised, the explanation given by the manager was very satisfying. It has changed my whole perspective about the website, especially being aware of hackers and money laundering, etc. I did not want to fall victim to such and for that am grateful for your team.

Why did I wake up to a debit order that I didn't authorize? Instead of returning my money I'm asked about my email addresses? I want my money back. Stop asking stupid questions and refund my money to the same account you scammers.
