It took some time to get the refund which got me anxious for a bit but I did the got the money! They are trustworthy in my opinion you just need to have faith in yourself.

They will scam you for your money! Be aware of this company. I booked I never received my ticket I called they said someone will return my call but I don’t know why if all I’m requesting is my e-ticket then I call again I’m placed on hold for 10min and disconnected I attempted to call multiple times guess what? They placed me on hold for a few minutes and disconnected my call. I emailed them because this trip was important i was visiting my mother who I haven’t seen since my brother passed away 3 years ago and wanted to surprise her. Additionally I made the last call sounds like they have one rep who works there he gave me an attitude when I asked why would someone call me back if all I’m requesting is my e-ticket are you trying to scam me for money? He was upset so I told him that I filled a complaint with the best business bureau which is try and left a review on that website I will also call my credit card company and dispute the charges!!!!!!!!

I booked tickets online and then received a call that the flight I booked was no longer available and now have to pay 1200.00 more for a different flight. I said cancel and refund my money they said no refunds. I canceled my credit card so they could not charge me...beware DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Huge scam!!

The executive who handled my query was exceptional she was cordial and very polite.

In my previous review, I wrote down the increased the ticket price to me three times originally. If you can cancel the booking in 24 hours as per United airlines you will get a full refund. I sent email to holiday breaks to cancel the booking after 15 hours and they The assured that the cancellation is in process. But the cancellation department just ignored the process with the airlines and did not do anything with the cancellation. So instead of getting a refund from United airline, I received a credit that I'm stuck with now. Very bad service. Do not book with them.

It is a scam website. I booked a ticket thinking it was one, but they split it into two separate just to charge me more. When I called the original airlines, I found out the price was much cheaper than I paid them.
AVOID THEM !

Be careful with this agency. We booked two flight tickets from Phoenix to Connecticut, we received the confirmation with the fully paid tickets but the next day morning ,they call us to let us know we need to add $600 to the tickets to fly the confirmed itinerary. AFTER booking and paying, the confirmation H0241805 outlines the baggage and the seas assignments are not yet confirmed. Please note we paid $22 extra per person for the seats assignment and easy boarding. We refused to go with any other itinerary and paying an additional $600. They told us our tickets cannot be cancelled. We were furious. After involving the credit card company, they finally dropped their prawn. Their business tactics may have worked with others but not with us. We would not recommend them at all. Please don't get scammed and be vigilant.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked a round-trip ticket online at what seemed like a good price. After 24 hours, they told me only my return flight was booked, but not my departure because it was “canceled.” Instead of solving the issue, they asked me to pay an extra $700 to book the departure flight again. Basically, they trapped me by giving me only half the ticket (the useless return flight) and then forcing me to pay much more for the rest. When I asked why, they said it was because I chose “the best offer” and that there was no refund. This makes no sense and feels like a scam. They trick people into paying extra. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company – the worst flight agency I’ve ever dealt with.
