The communication with this company is poor also the stress and anxiety leading up to trip away is awful

We were looking to do a holiday of a lifetime and were connected to Denver whom handled our request efficiently, any queries we had were answered and our holiday was arranged. Hi, my name is Andy Woodbridge, I have recently been looking to book a 3 week vacation in October. After lots of research I got in touch with Holiday Bay. A lady by the name of Becky took on the task of providing me with an absolutely unmissable bargain of the century. To this moment I do not know how she managed to get such a great deal. She planned everything from departure at LHR and then step by step until our return. Trust me, if you are looking for a step by step vacation with everything catered for, Becky is either at the other end of the phone or online, she definitely will deliver. Not sure if Becky will read this, but if you book with her please thank her on my behalf .

Although due to unforeseen circumstances I didn’t go ahead with the booking I had initially enquired about I can highly recommend this company and in particular Rex. Upon my initial request for information I was only met with what I can describe as an instant response to my query with a selection of dates airports. Response was quick and very informative. Even after all Rex’s work it wasn’t a problem to him when I said I could not go ahead. No push to proceed ever came from him or this company. If I do go ahead I will definitely go with this company. I am interested in taking a trip to Asia with two family members so I contacted Holiday Bay. I was helped by Bob who suggested several trips. Passing on my requirements he finally sent me the full details of two holidays which might suit the three of us. We are leaning towards 8 days in Korea. He was most helpful and now its up to us to make the decision. If the booking process is as informative and helpful as finding a trip, i will be very satisfied
