Promised manual eSIM link, then refused after purchase — very, very bad customer service (Ticket #30291541)
I purchased after Holiday Support confirmed in writing they could provide a manual eSIM install link (LPA / SM-DP+ + Activation Code). After paying and contacting chat, they refused to provide it—directly contradicting their email. Conflicting answers, and no meaningful escalation. This has been very, very bad customer service: slow replies, broken promises, and zero ownership.
Requested resolution: Email the LPA link (or SM-DP+ + Activation Code) as originally promised.
