Very poor quality
Very poor quality! I placed a big order of 13 items, for quite an amount of money but after only wearing some of the necklaces and bracelet a few times, they were already broken. These items lasted for about 2 months - not even wearing them on a daily basis. One set of earrings with clip lock close poorly and open up while wearing.
I ordered some more hoops and another bracelet, which are fine - at least until now, as i‘m also not wearing them regularly.
Overall the products are very overpriced for the quality and the customer service does not really care.
Unprofessional handling of complaints and poor quality products.
Therefore I do not recommend to buy jewellery at this shop. At least in my experience, it’s a waste of money.

¡Hola Sarah! Revisando los emails que nos enviaste, vemos que fue un collar con piedra natural el que se te rompió porque se te cayó al suelo, según tú nos dijiste. Esto puede ocurrir con una piedra natural si se da un golpe fuerte. Sobre las pulseras, como te dijimos no eran de nuestra tienda, los modelos que nos enseñaste no los tenemos. No nos puedes reclamar productos que no son nuestros... Sobre el cierre de pendientes, nunca nos dijiste nada pero si alguno se afloja podemos indicarte muy fácilmente cómo solucionarlo :) ¡Un saludo!

Hi Sarah! Reviewing the emails you sent us, we see that it was a necklace with natural stone that broke because you dropped it to the ground, according to what you told us. This can happen with a stone if it's hit hard. Regarding the bracelets, as we told you, they were not from our store, we don't have the pieces that you showed us. You cannot claim products from us that are not ours... You never told us anything about the closure of earrings, but if one becomes loose we can very easily tell you how to fix it :)
