I recently bought a house and used Holden Smith who dealt with the conveyancing, Lauren oversaw my process from start to finish and the overall service was very professional. Great customer service and would recommend.

It has been 3 weeks since we completed and moved in. After the whole ordeal of buying our first home which was stressful, I only remained with a positive review of Holden Smith and Lauren. She was patient and really thorough. It was such a rollercoaster period as we had a purchase fall through 4 months in. We still stayed with Lauren onto the next purchase which literally took 8 weeks from viewing to completion. Not to say we didn’t face some delays due to her being busy, but she always always took my call. And on the call, she was patient, polite and professional. Overall we remained with a positive feeling of Holden Smith and we have settled into our new home. We are happy to recommend these solicitors♥️

We would use Hannah again in an instant, she is very customer focused, provides empathy when needed, is easy to identify with and is a thoroughly professional individual.
