So far so good. Challenge price is cheapest. profit target at level 2 is only 5% , max loss is a generous 10%, both easily achieved and best experience of all you get immediate chat support and not have to wait a few days before getting a reply. One of the best prom firm in my view.

The problem is the hidden rule hide…
The issue lies in the hidden rule that is not visible in the Dashboard but is mentioned in the FAQ.
I was below 3% when they abruptly closed my account and informed me that I had multiple sell orders its broken rule and second is violated the 1% shield rule. 🤣
A funded company should soon implement a rule prohibiting trading in the bathroom. This rule is mentioned in the FAQ. 🤣

At Hola Prime, all trading rules are clearly defined and publicly available under our Trading Rules section. There are no hidden rules, and all traders are assessed under the same published conditions.
To clarify the reason for the account breach, the issue was related to the 2% Risk per Trade Idea rule. As per this rule, the risk on any single trade must not exceed 2% of the initial account balance. This risk must be defined in advance through proper stop-loss placement at the time of trade execution.
During the review of your account, it was identified that a trade exceeded this 2% risk limit, which triggered a hard breach as this rule is applied strictly and consistently across all Funded and Direct accounts.
For reference, the 2% risk rule is clearly stated under Trading Rules – Point 4 (Risk Limits) on our website and is designed to ensure responsible and consistent risk management across all traders.

No Consistency Rule, Yet My Profits Were Questioned
I am very disappointed with my experience with Hola Prime.
My accounts 89672 and 89673 were flagged by the Risk Team for alleged “gambling/speculative trading,” even though I have always traded using a discretionary scalping strategy based on price action, candle momentum, and market structure.
What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I had only been trading on these accounts for a few days before receiving this conclusion. In my opinion, such a short trading history is not sufficient to fairly assess an entire trading methodology and label it as gambling.
All of my trades were executed manually based on real market analysis. I did not use martingale, arbitrage, prohibited hedging, copy trading, trading bots, or any other practice that violates the firm’s rules.
The main reason given by Hola Prime appears to be that a small number of trades generated a significant portion of my profits. However, this is completely normal in discretionary trading and scalping. Strong setups are often allowed to run further, while weaker setups are closed quickly to control risk.
In reality, my largest profitable trade generated only around 3% profit. In addition, I had many other trades producing profits between 1% and 2%. This clearly shows that my results were not dependent on a single “all-or-nothing” trade or a lucky bet. My profits came from multiple trades executed using the same strategy, the same analysis process, and the same risk management principles.
Another point I do not understand is that Hola Prime does not publicly require a consistency rule. If there is no consistency requirement in the published rules, I do not see why a trader’s profits should be questioned simply because some trades perform better than others.
If a trader follows the rules, respects risk management requirements, and generates profits through legitimate trading activity, those profits should be recognized and honored.
Throughout my trading activity, I fully complied with Hola Prime’s rules and conditions. I have not been provided with any specific evidence showing that I violated any particular rule.
I have already sent multiple emails to the Risk Team requesting:
A review of the decision.
Clarification regarding the exact rule allegedly violated.
The release or refund of my legitimate funds and profits.
At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for a clear explanation and a fair resolution.
I sincerely hope Hola Prime will review this case objectively, transparently, and fairly. I will update this review once the matter has been resolved.

The following is my response to the email they sent me and some ridiculous reasons why they didn't let me make it to the payout time.
Dear Hola Prime Risk Team, I hope you are doing well. I am respecting fully the rules and i don’t Gambling with my trading. Your have a rule about the trade of Short-term and A Specific Rule about the time. I don’t a lot of trades because that’s not good. Then I have a best location and to enter the position of trading. If until the payout date 27th May I don’t any trade on my account you can make rebalancing the account to the initial account balance. I want to make best entry and make some trade. Now I have to make my account balance as before please.

A legitimate trading strategy should generate consistent, diversified profits across multiple independent trades, not depend on capturing one exceptional market move to remain profitable. This pattern—where survival depends on one or two lucky large trades with no repeating pattern of success—is characteristic of speculative gambling activity, not skilled trading.
As this trading pattern falls within our prohibited practices relating to gambling and speculative trading, and does not align with the terms of the program, ideally the account has been deemed in breach of our trading policy, however, we are rebalancing the account to the initial account balance.
Please note that these measures are intended to encourage a more consistent and sustainable trading approach going forward.
If you do not wish to continue with the account under these conditions, you may alternatively opt for a refund of the challenge fees.

To clarify, the concern on the account was not related to the frequency of trading activity or the fact that a single trade generated a substantial profit. Profitable trades are a natural part of trading. However, upon review, the Risk Team identified that the overall profitability of the account was dependent on one isolated high-impact trade, while the remaining trading activity did not demonstrate a consistent pattern of profitability.
A sustainable trading approach is generally expected to show repeatable performance across multiple trades and varying market conditions. Under our risk framework, such activity is classified as speculative or gambling-style trading behavior rather than structured and sustainable trading.
This activity may result in an account being deemed in breach due to prohibited trading practices. However, rather than terminating the account, a decision was made to rebalance the account to its initial balance, allowing you to continue trading on your account.
We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the time taken to review the matter. Our Risk Team carefully assesses each case to ensure decisions are fair, accurate, and consistent with our policies, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process.
